I had the worst experience with my move from one location in Toronto to another July 23/25. From the moment the 2 man crew arrived and started to move and load into the truck it was a complete disaster. They damaged walls and paint, I had to tell them to cover some furniture to prevent damage. When they arrived at the drop off location, they did not put down any floor mats, again damaged the walls and paint at the new location. And while they moved the queen mattress into the bedroom they managed to get a hole in the mattress which I only purchased 3 weeks ago and was over 3k and the 10 year warranty is now void. They also omitted to install the 4 supporting posts on the platform bed.

Their customer service will NOT answer my phone calls nor any texts. I’m left with a cost to repair both properties and to purchase a new mattress and bedframe at a cost that I can’t afford.

I would NEVER recommend Ferguson moving and storage to my worst enemy. They will cost you thousand of dollars to replace damaged property. Please DO NOT waste your money with this moving company. I would not give them even a 1 star rating, more like a negative 5 star.

I am very happy with the service from Ferguson Moving. The quote that I got from Adam was fair and he booked me for a time and date that was convenient for me. On the day of my move I got a call from the driver letting me know that they were 45 minutes away and they arrived when they said they would. They took care when they were wrapping and moving my belongings. They were quick and efficient and were able to move my three-bedroom townhouse into my two-bedroom condo with expertise and ease.

We arranged this move for my 93 year old Mother, moving from a townhouse to an apartment. From the very first contact they were efficient to deal with. She had some large bulky, hard to handle pieces of furniture that had to go upstairs as it would not fit in the elevator. The 3 gentlemen showed up on time and assured us that it would be no problem. They were amazing, quick, hard working and they were extremely nice to my mom. They had no problem getting everything In and made sure she was happy with furniture placement before they left. We were all very impressed. I would 100% recommend Ferguson moving and would use them again.

It was a great experience from start to finish with Ferguson Moving. Adam was a pleasure to deal with, was extremely helpful, pleasant and gave great advice on my move. The team was there right on time and didn't leave until everything was absolutely done to my satisfaction. Like moving that one piece of furniture 3 times etc. A big thank you to the very efficient, polite and helpful team of Brian, Tyler, Wayne and Lucas.

I highly recommend them for any future move.

Adam Rice is a fantastic manager! He gave a fair quote, followed up and even dropped in on moving day to ensure that Ricardo and Roman had everything under control.
