I heard about this place from a friend who lives local and although I lived about an hour away, I did not hesitate to get it and I cannot recommend this place enough. The store owners were extremely nice and welcoming and treated me almost like I was apart of their family. On top of their food, they also have really good options for frozen seafood and great items on their grocery shelfs. The only thing I wish was different was that they had a tip option for when you pay debit because they were very deserving. Was my first visit and will not be my last, thank you for your hospitality.

This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and I haven't even eaten what I purchased yet.
Upon entering I gave a cheerful "hello, how are you ?" I was not greeted because the woman at the counter never got off the telephone the whole time. I wanted to ask questions about some of the products but was completely ignored. I ran a retail store and never, ever took a call when a customer was inside the store. She took 2 and I am pretty sure they were not business related.
Prices on the freezer shelf are not what I was charged. When I got home and saw I was charged over $200 for 4 partial King Crab legs, I was astounded.
I asked for two Jamaican pattys but was not asked what flavour. No date on anything so who knows how old it is.
I was charged 20 cents for plastic bags which I a) did not want and b) was not informed of the charge.
For a ludicrous amount of almost $400, I should have been offered a discount.
Never got a "thanks for coming in" or have a nice day".
I tried to contact the owner but no one has responded.
In my book, strike one and you are out. With service this bad, don't expect to survive long.

I bought some yellow tail snapper and I must say that it is by far the best that I have purchased yet. The fish has been cleaned thoroughly, so clean that there is hardly anything much for you to do. The pieces are nice sizes and although they are frozen, the thaw out and still seem very fresh. A must buy.

Awesome selection of frozen seafood. I drive all the way from Owen sound for their fish. They also have some good Caribbean staples that I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else in the area.

Lovely grocery store. Lots of good meat and fish. Wicked beef patties friendly staff can’t wait to come back.
