I recently shipped 1 parcel with them and not satisfied with service at all. They are charging custom duties once arrived in india and that is understandable but the bank account number they sent is looks like private account. Probably they are taking money on the name of duties. The girl working their is not even working properly. She’s not taking care of things properly. Just wanted to seat and work even she asked us to right down the track number on box. Like what kind of service are you guys providing? We are paying money for the work to be done by your end not by us. Also, the prices they advertise is so much fake. 1st they say certain amount and then they will charge on boxes size which is almost near to 23 kg price. We had under 10 kg and their charges seems like for 20-23 kg.
Not satisfied with service and the hype they created through advertising.. not recommended

I ordered some stuff from India. Came very quick in 4 days. The package was charged overly priced but then they sorted every thing out and refunded me the remaining amount. Very helpful and very cooperative staff. Special thanks to Shivangi🙏

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The lady working there is so rude and unprofessional . Extremely disappointed by the customer service. I was standing for atleast five minutes in front of her while she was ignoring me and gossiping with the girl who works in the other office. Why do you guys hire such people who doesn't even know how to provide good customer service. Also, she doesn't even know how to talk to customers. YOU SHOULD BETTER REPLACE HER SOON AND HIRE
SOME PEOPLE WHO ARE WORTH WORKING THERE.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Never i repeat NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR COURIERS!! I SENT THE PARCEL ON MARCH 27th AND I WAS TOLD IT WILL ONLY TAKE 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS CUSTOMS WERE PAID AFTER THREE DAYS AND YET AGAIN PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED!!! ITS been one month almostWHEN YOU CONTACT THEM LIKE What’s the issue they don’t know they will simply reply let us contact our indian team!! But their indian team is not answering them back!! They keep saying address is wrong but it’s not!! My dad in india he is saying i will come to you guys and pick it up and they are saying they don’t know!!! I mean then who the hell knows?How they are running this business only these stupid people know!!!! Waste of money and time!!! Better to book tickets and deliver your parcel by your own rather than trusting this FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS OR WHATEVER!!!

I had sent two shipments containing four boxes from Canada to India through their services. The contact person at Brampton office , Ms. Shivangi had been helpful with the shipment and walked us through all the procedures clearly and took her time to make sure the packages were shipped on time. Her responses had made me really happy and i was all set to give a 5 star review once I received my shipments.

However, the story completely changed once the packages reached India. My first shipment had three boxes and was supposed to be delivered to Kerala by 30th of May. However it has not been delivered yet and there seems to be no proper reasoning as to why it is being delayed. Once the shipments reached Indian customs, they are using other shipping services like bluedart, shree maruti etc. I was provided with tracking numbers but it is not updating yet and the contact people who were very enthusiastic about asking for customs money on time , have no proper answer . All they have been sating is “wait patiently” and “ we cannot help you” . When i contacted bluedart they are saying that the sender didn’t give proper documentation and that the parcel is stuck at Bengaluru. The sender contact at Delhi to whom we paid the customs money is not at all responsive and they are just asking is to wait without even listening to our concerns.

I am helpless in my situation right now and all i can do is wait and pray that the shipments ( containing most of our belongings while moving from Canada to India) will arrive soon that too undamaged.

My recommendation to anyone looking to ship using their services from Canada to any places other than Delhi or Punjab would be a BIG NO as they have very poor internal shipping methods and services. After a while the people stop taking the calls altogether.
