Well, had the experience, the Lady in charge, knowlegable, friendy, knowledgable, far, far beyond my ability, and most, if not all in my encounters over the years, i see reviews here, certianly not my experience, my life experience, the Ladies, some men cannot accept, they can not only do traditional male jobs, but as this Lady, exceed in her abilities over most, and all i have ever encountered, Cheers to this "Lady" and Cheers to this establishment, for seeing her Value !!! 5 Stars and more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would NOT recommend!!! They were a preferred vendor. They had my car for 3 months never provided an update or anything that was going on with my car. Had to call all the time to see what was happening. Got my car back and had to take it back to the shop 5 times because it was never fixed right in the first place. The front end kept pulling apart, things were never aligned, the one part wasn’t even right in it, pieces were loose and dirt all through the paint. No attention to detail! They just kept using the excuse that it’s plastic parts and it’s normal to have dirt in the paint. After all that a year and three months later I was able to take my car to another body shop and turns out all my concerns were valid and they corrected them for me.

** UPDATE** Apparently I can't add a 2nd review, so I will add it here - today I needed service on another vehicle and expected to get a quote and have to return in a few days or weeks for the actual work. To my utter amazement and complete surprise, it was a 10 minute job they did on the spot! I can't say enough about the AMAZING customer service and fairness of Tracy (owner) and the work of Jamie (twice now he has bailed me out) and the professionalism of Jodie at Reception... You guys are a great team and Stirling is lucky to have you! 👏👏👏

**Original Review** Tracy (owner) quoted me a 3-day turnaround on repairs for an insurance claim. He was right on and I really appreciated that. The work was excellent.

Also, a HUGE thank you to the staff who cleaned the car! We had just returned from a 5000km road trip (Winnipeg and back) the night before and I didn't have a chance to clean it up before dropping it off... They did an amazing job!

Thanks again to Tracy - nothing but good things to say about him, Jodie and the rest of the staff there!

They didn't even fix my windshield from having my van there for over a month or suggested where to take my van for windshield repair (everything through insurance) ... they seemed very slow and disorganised. But, still.... much better than big three auto

My truck was just repaired here after my wife hit a deer with it. The repair quality was excellent and the staff were very friendly when I went to pick it up. Thanks again for a job well done

Tracy McMurter ( fix auto ) said 8 weeks, 13 weeks later we had to call. After 4 attempts someone finally answered. We said " you told us 8 weeks before you can get us in because all body shops are busy ". Now after 13 weeks he didn't even know or knew about our previous conversation. It was excuse after excuse on the phone. It's an insurance claim. Was informed he would call my wife or myself back the same or following day. Well still waiting 2 days on a return call. I'll say this, STAY AWAY FROM FIX AUTO STIRLING ONTARIO. If I could add a negative rating for this place and dealership, it would be a -10

Still not even a courtesy call back. Even if we receive one regardless of the excuses, our business is going elsewhere.
We were thinking of purchasing a new vehicle in the spring. I'll say this with all honesty, not if FIX AUTO is attached to the dealership. Everything rolls downhill. A business should be run with a certain amount of courtesy, when there is zero, walk away. Walking away fast... Not a good thing to say about the experience with FIX AUTO nor the proprietor. What a waste of our time.....
