This company consistently delivers exceptional service. Not only is the food always fresh and delicious, but their customer service goes above and beyond.

After resuming my subscription, there was a brief delay in my order, and they promptly offered a complimentary protein bar as a gesture of goodwill. The following day, my meals were delivered early in the morning, but I didn’t realize they had arrived and unfortunately left them out in the heat for several hours. I reached out to the company, and despite it being my oversight, they kindly said they will supply me with a replacement batch the next day (still to be delivered today) —a gesture I truly appreciated as a loyal, long-time customer.

Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched. I highly recommend this meal prep service and will continue to do so. Thank you again for the outstanding experience!

Very good! I've been eating their delivered meals for a couple weeks now! Also taste super fresh!

My favorite are any of the ground beef + rice meals, theyre so flavorful and juicy.

Some feedback i'd give:
Chicken meals tend to get a bit rubbery, compared to how fantastic and fresh the ground beef and steak meals are.

I'd love to see a bit more variety and creativity in the vegetables. You'll see the same few set in almost every meal.

Best meal plan I’ve ever had. I spent a year in Montreal and tried all the meal plan options - Cook it, Factor, Fresh MTL, Fit Plan, and WeCook, as well I’ve tried Meal Prep Ottawa. Flavadaddy has hands down the best quality and best flavour and best protein concentration. Other services are significantly commercialized and the quality and flavour aren’t great.

Flavadaddy I can actually eat 5 days a week. They incorporate different cuisine flavours like Asian and Mediterranean, and do a great job of it especially compared to other services. I would have no gainz without Flavadaddy.
