I recently had an exceptional experience with Floatr. Inc, who handled the pickup of my Rapid Re-Image 14’ container bound for the recent Tim Hortons 2024 convention. Right from the start, the customer service was top-notch. Chelsey was extremely helpful, baby-stepping me along the way and ensuring all my questions were answered. Admittedly, I was anxious about my container and its precious cargo; however, Chelsey truly made the process smooth and stress-free.

The excellence didn't stop there, however, the driver, Bill, was fantastic. He was punctual and professional, handling my precious container with the greatest care. The best part of my experience was that Bill regularly sent me photos and videos of my container being offloaded by the Toronto Metro Convention Center staff. I truly felt I was in good hands, with Bill treating my container like it was his own.

I purchased a truck at Bryan's Auction which I was unable to get a temporary license for, so I contacted Floatr 3hrs before my pickup time to see if they could provide transportation services. After loading my truck up on his trailer, the driver realized that it would damage the roadway by my house if he dropped it off (trailer hitch was LOW). He suggested a couple of different ways to get it there (swapping trailers, or driving with a fleet vehicle license), but they would all involve a delay as he had other towing commitments already arranged. Instead, he hired a different company to deliver it with a flatbed truck 1.5hrs later.
Went above and beyond to ensure prompt delivery.

Amazing company to work with.

The guys went to pick up a Kubota tractor for me and, when they got to the pick-up yard, the tractor was completely buried in snow. The yard staff in question suggested they come back another day. Instead, Joe dug the tractor out and loaded it up.

To add to that, the delivery point had a pretty tight access but the guys were able to navigate the float into the entrance and delivered the load without issue.

These guys are the epitome of going the extra mile to meet their commitments.

I've never had to deal with this company for any matters related to business however, I think it goes without saying that I'd like to highlight a very kind gesture the owner of this company did for a friend of mine recently.
My friend had been having a very hectic day as she had a family member undergoing a medical procedure and there were some concerns. She had gone to the gas station and after pumping her gas realized she had not brought her purse with her. I guess the owner of this company had been there at the same time and he clued in on her stress. She said without question he just came over to her and practically insisted she not worry and that he'd take care of it. They were complete strangers.
Owner, I cannot tell you enough what a difference you made for our friend that day but I can tell you how grateful we are to you for doing that. Our friend is a tough little cookie but boy did she ever need someone that day and if it couldn't be us there for her in that moment, then I'm sure glad you were.

Gotta love these guys! They are both professional and friendly, they keep their word, their rates are great. The driver kept in touch with me the whole trip, delivery was timely and flawless. Sure, shop around; but the more you do, the more you will realize just how good this company is. I will be going to them for ALL my transport needs.

Joe hired my company to find him a carrier for a load and all went well until payday. The owner deactivated his Facebook, froze his hotshot group, and his staff gave me the run around for about a month. I had to call multiple times a week to finally get paid after 60 days. I was also contacted by others whom he owes thousands to and has not paid others in over a year. be careful
