La dame (je n'ai pas pu obtenir son nom, mais je suppose qu'elle est la propriétaire du magasin) est extrêmement talentueuse et utile, surtout dans mon situation urgente. J'avais une cérémonie de mariage sur jeudi mais je l'avais oublié de réserver le bouquet de fleurs et le boutonnière le mardi après-midi. Je suis allé dans son magasin juste avant fermeture et elle m'a fourni de bons conseils, a programmé l'ordre des fleurs et m'a assuré que j'avais tout le matin de jeudi. Le bouquet était absolument époustouflant et a reçu de nombreux compliments pendant la cérémonie. Le prix est tellement raisonnable.

The lady (I wish I had her name, but I believe she is the store owner) is incredibly talented and helpful, especially in my urgent situation. I had a small wedding ceremony on Thursday but only remembered to book the bridal bouquet and boutonniere on Tuesday afternoon. I went to her store just before closing time, and she provided lots of helpful advice, immediately placed the flower order, and ensured I received everything by Thursday morning. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful and received many compliments during the ceremony. The price is so reasonable.

I am very disappointed with the delivery of my Mothers’ Day Flowers. I was home all day on Sunday - no delivery. The flowers were finally delivered after 3pm on Monday when I was not at home. They were deposited on my front doorstep with no notification of the delivery. They were not protected in any way from cold weather and, had I come in through the garage, I would not have found the flowers until Tuesday morning - not good for roses. Very poor service and a very poor response when I phoned and complained.

The lady(I wish I had gotten her name) that was working the day I had gone into the shop to buy flowers was so thoughtful and sensitive to the situation. I explained to her what I wanted and she went beyond. There was even an engraving in the roses.

Was delivered a lovely congrats bouquet from this shop on the birth of my son, beautiful fresh healthy flowers in a lovely arrangement and the flower shop even added in a Minnie Mouse balloon for his big sister! It was so kind and made her day 🙂

I cannot express my gratitude when I needed to change the date for pick up after the flowers had been done. The beautiful arrangement was above my expectation and I like the fact that it is owned and operated by a local couple. There is a wide range of prices to fit any budget.
