My truck was vandalized at ValuePark with 2 cuts in exhaust as the theft of my catalytic convertor was attempted in July of 2023. Luckily, the design of the exhaust prevented thieves from removing it totally. This lack of security by EIA resulted in them refunding the parking fee.... but nothing else for the huge inconvenience this caused in our trip to NWT during a bad fire season. Very unhelpful, disrespectful treatment from this organization, not even the courtesy of answering correspondence. Even staff at RCMP station indicated they would not recommend parking here. Avoid if you can!!

I paid for parking online for one week then when I came back . I showed the machine my ticket did not recognize it so I have to repay for parking for one week again and these guys still have not refunded me yet. It’s been over a month they have not refunded my money. This is b.s.

Nice service that is very convenient when coming back from a long trip, it is a significant uplift in cost compared to parking across the street. Be very careful when booking your time that you observe the 24 hour clock on their website and select time/date carefully. Despite asking for your flight number, they do NOT check against your flight arrival. If you enter the time wrong or are late, you will be charged a PENALTY.

My experience with EIA Value Park was good. Booked online and entered the parking facility easily by swiping the credit card. I was nearly 2 hours late due to my return flight, but no extra was charged. Left parking facility without problem. Depending on the season, it could be hard to find a parking space near the terminal building. But for the price you paid, it worth 5-10 min walk. Check EIA rewards for coupon codes. So, you could save 30% for online booking.

What a useless service. Lost my car and my keys had to wait 20 minutes for them to figure out who I was and where my car went. Then proceeded to tell me that I told them I was coming back from Hawaii the same day that I left. If you are thinking this service is convenient just park the car yourself or take an Uber. Will never use Priority Valet again what a waste of money.

40 minutes waiting for a shuttle. Unacceptable. I arrive plenty early to catch my flight but lately thank to the ever longer wait times for a shuttle I have barely make cut off for check in.

My car got stuck in the snow in parkade today because they don't plow behind the cars. I paid a premium to park in the parkade so this wouldn't happen and they only parking available was on the upper deck. When I complained, I was told me that they use the plows on the runways, which take priority. Does YEG plow the runways with a Bobcat? I call BS. This is the second time I have been stuck at YEG parking this winter. For what they charge, they sure as hell should be able to manage snow in Edmonton.

I called from Vancouver international airport because I thought I might have left my hatch door open.
The attendants checked on my car and called me back within about 20 minutes to tell me I had closed it and that all the doors were locked.
That put my mind at ease.
