Forex Cargo Travel provides professional, prompt and courteous customer service from the first time I used their service. The company is easily contactable and they return calls reasonably quick. They also provide friendly service during pick up and delivery of our boxes at reasonable price and where they handle your package with utmost care.

If and when you call the company, they will provide you with the tracking update of your goods especially during peak period.

I would recommend this company especially for the Door-to-Door service.

very happy with the service and delivery. sent 3 boxes to palawan island and everything went smooth and simple and i was very happy when items were delivered.

i packed the boxes quite well in separate smaller boxes inside as i had read which is a good idea because the boxes are being moved quite a lot so loose items would shift and possibly damage other items or get damaged themselves. i used a lot of shoe boxes and cereal boxes.

i do not know if the trip to manila was the cause or second trip to palawan island, but the boxes smelled like .. i don't know, ship exhaust or fuel or something. if sending items that can absorb smells, like clothes etc it's definitely a good idea to use plastic bags or containers.

overall 5 stars for these guys I am a very happy customer and will send more items in the summer time.
