April 15th 2025 - We get it. Dealing with the nightmarish customer must have been tough however, we were not even acknowledged or looked at or told the nightmare to hold on while other customers are standing there wanting to order food. 10 mins later the night mare customer is still standing there and the staff is hyper focused on them. We needed pizza's for a birthday party. Not coming to this location ever again. We felt invisible. I gave the food a 5 because I know its amazing, the service was a zero, the atmosphere was nice and empty. I encourage you to pay attention to your customers!

This was my first review but I would like to add the following. Fresh slice has become an important part of my daily routine, my house is on renovations and I am living far from work, fresh slice has provided me shelter during cold times while I wait for my starting time at work. The staff is being so polite and nice to me, specially the manager Sehaj. I am super grateful and trying to visit them as often as I can, even if I am under a restricted diet, slices like Hawaiian pizza fit perfectly on my diet without reaching my limits, and with reasonable prices. Besides, it’s my daughter’s favourite place to eat at so we are more than happy to eat there often.👌🏽🫶🏽🤤

Nice environment, great servers, and the food, WOW. To die for. I heard it was good but when I tried it, it was something special. You have to try it for yourself. I recommend the cheese with white sauce or the pepperoni. To top everything off the have a great selection of toppings like spicy sauce and Parmesan. Simply amazing.

I added my photos from my half eaten enlarge veggie feast pizzas with Daiya cheese for reference. My service was excellent, my order was done in a perfect amount of time and done correctly, and the store was clean. This location had exceeded my expectations and made me so happy when I left. I came in scared to order from freshslice because I had had such poor customer service and food from a few different locations over the years that I was truly scared and afraid of the disappointment and frustration going back! I hadn’t ordered from a freshslice in about two years because of my last encounter at a New West location, but I am so glad I came to Port Moody to try! kanwal made my experience so positive and I will for sure be back to this location only. They truly stood behind what freshslice says they stand for- quality and freshness. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful Friday night dinner, it was delicious, and see you soon.
Ps- went back twice since first visit, and was served by Sehay and still the service, and pizzas were delicious! Thank you yet again for everything!

Always welcome here! My kids love the pizza and we have ordered for every birthday party. When they accidentally made me a pepperoni instead of Hawaiian they gave it to me for free. 🙂 great service and very friendly!
