These guys were professional, polite, friendly and awesomely fast! I literally just finished saying good bye to them and could not wait to write this review! I have used movers about 90% of the times I have moved in BC and these guys were by far the best! They were careful with my belongings and took direction well. They showed up 10 minutes early to meet me and discuss the move and they packed everything in my house up in an hour and unpacked in about 45 minutes! I highly recommend them! Great job guys!!

STAY VERY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY! The owner of this business, Mike, says one thing but does another, threatens to take you to court or tries to get the movers to stop mid load when he doesn’t feel he gets what he wants. Our error was paying him the full amount he requested right up front before the job was completed. He has tried to add more and more costs onto the original quote, demanding we pay or threatens us. This is not what he said he would do when he came to our house to look over our things and give us a quote. He said he was not like the “other guys in charging us more” or give us “more hidden costs”. This is exactly what he has been doing, demanding more and more money.
On the initial move out of our house, the movers worked til 12 midnight but there was some things left in our garage but he assured us that he would get it picked up the next morning early before our buyers would arrive at 9am.. He phoned us only at 1:35pm the next day saying that he couldn’t pick it up due to sickness. If he was professional, he would’ve made other arrangements to hold his end up and would’ve contacted us a lot sooner! We had to rent a trailer, hook it up, travel 109 kms each way to pick up our own stuff as he would not. He refused to reimburse us for any of our costs.
For the unloading on our new house, he has been harassing and bullying us to pay a lot more. Then when he did not get the response he wanted, he phoned the movers and told them to halt the load and take pictures of what is left. The movers eventually carried on even when Mike threatened not to pay them as they had ethics and were going to finish the job anyway even if they weren’t going to get paid. We are reasonable people so we tried to be peaceable so we paid the movers their wages, which was another $680 on top of what we paid initially. After this Mike gets one of the new movers to text us saying Mike never paid him his truck rental, basically wanting us to pay again. Mr Friesen even got upset with one of his main movers for not trying to get more money out of us.
There has been quite a lot of damages to our furniture which has all been documented and pictures have been taken. Mike has never offered to compensate us for any of our costs but tries to bully and harass us. He has been texting us non stop causing us and our disabled son a lot of stress! We do NOT recommend this moving company by any means shape or form!!!! We do not want anyone to experience this absolute nightmare that we have!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was in a desperate situation at the end of July 22 to move/dispose of/repurpose all of my Mom's things from her assisted living apartment. With one week's notice, Mike and his team were able to do this for me. They were extremely professional, caring and took care of all my needs. To boot, their rates were lower than all the rest. Thank you Friesen Bros!

Worst experience ever!!! 2hrs late. Then charged me for 2 trucks when they only filled 1 on the second trip, and trust me, there was more than enough stuff to fill that truck. Oh, and they didnt even move some large specific items I had requested they move, like my TV's and deep freeze and my rugs, that's just to name a few.
After I complained, I never even heard back from them so it took me an additional week of non stop moving myself.... had I known, I wouldn't have hired them

Used this company to help me move a mattress and couch I had just bought from Kamloops to Chase. They were able to deliver the same day, cheaper than it would have cost me to rent a u-haul. They were friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you!

DONT HIRE!!!
LATE 3 TIMES IN ONE MOVE
Took 2 days to do a 6 hr move
Booked for 9 am. Arrived at 12 sharp!
Did dump run had an accident w/truck
5 hour wait...
6pm start 2nd load
9pm said had to stop finish next day
Booked for 3 pm. Arrived at 5 pm.
Took 3 hrs to move 1 room of stuff.
After being the most patient person in the world, I asked for a discount and got a $30 savings on an over $700 bill. Kids spent night without pillows. Diddnt have our fridge or deep freeze and had to throw out 100's of $$ in food. USELESS. STAY AWAY!!

Worst moving company ever! Dropped our wooden filing cabinet and smashed it. Broke one of the ceramic tiles in the coffee table. Put a huge scratch and dent in our brand new fridge. Complained and sent pictures of damage and never heard from again!

STOLEN STUFF!!!
I had them move stuff from my house to storage, left them there. Saw my storage unit full assumed everything was there, paid $300/month for storage only to find out every single thing of value that I owned was not there and had all been stolen. Mark refuses to acknowledge this and says it couldn't have although he wasn't there. I had just bought a lot of brand new things, still have receipts for them only I do not own any of them anymore. Not one single thing of value was put I that storage unit. 🙁 so sad and hurt by this.
