I first tried calling to get advice on an in person or online appointment and didn't get a call back. I then booked an online appointment to only be cancelled by them via email an hour and a half later to say it should be in person appointment. I tried calling again to no avail. A call would've been appreciated to adjust this to an in person appointment. They came highly recommended by someone I know personally and also by these reviews, and I wouldn't recommend them at all. Seems like my only option is to look outside of this country for any health related assistance.

I absolutely love Kursten she is so caring and delightful to go see. She is more knowledgeable than most doctors I’ve met, and her bedside manner is superb ! She is a gem to ridgetown and the surrounding area. She is always so thoughtful and thorough with me and my daughter. She has turned a dreaded experience of going to the doctor into a delight a complete 180 for me a place I usually would dread, to a reliable expert I can count on.

Kursten is such a wonderful nurse. She always takes the time to really listen. Super convenient to have this service in the area. Wait time to get in has always been faster than trying to book with my GP who is over an hour away. I will gladly pay the fee as it is honestly cheaper than doing the drive. Highly recommend.

She carefully listens and advocates for your health, which is rare and important in the healthcare industry.
