This place is a revolving door for so called managers. Back in the day when it was Coutts Courier there was a woman who was ok but felt like you were bothering her. There was another woman there who actually remembered you and knew where your package was all the time, she was wonderful to deal with. The woman in the back had been there forever and she's nice. Then this place came and the man they had was awful. Always yelling and swearing and didn't know where anything was. There was another guy who was even more clueless. Don't forget this other young lady, don't know why they hired her. The guy they have bite is just as bad as the first guy. He doesn't help you in any way. He yells. He swears. He wears clothes with holes in them. His music is so loud you can hear it outside. I don't know how this place is still in business. We need someone else in the city to take over what they do. Maybe then packages wouldn't get lost. And the old boss's daughter in Regina doesn't care about anything! Her response for everything is "we won't charge you this time". You're right. I'm not paying when you lose packages!!

Kodie is the gentleman that brings out our purchases via Frontier Supply. He is friendly and a great personality. Not sure how this is happening but the last 3 items have been before the expected arrival date. Today we got out aluminum ramp to help me get my wife into the van. Keep up the good work everyone that is involved.

Genuinely speaking I am only giving them 1 start because 0 isn't an option.

Ever since they did a system change nearly every shipment shows up Damaged or missing items.

The claims department is incredibly slow when dealing with Claims as well at the time of writing this it has been over a month and there has been no movement on a claim I submitted.

the customer service Rep I had, set me up on an outdated auto responder when I tried to follow up on issues that was dated from 2022 and it does not seem to matter the size of the shipment whether it is a box or a few pallets something is going to be damaged. whether it is a forklift swiping the pallet or product being completely crushed. you can count on frontier to make your products more damaged than you imagined.

Abysmal. Twice the driver attempted delivery with no notice then failed to leave a card. When I finally was able to schedule a delivery the driver showed up an hour early, sat there for 5mn then just drove off as I chased after him. So I finally get a hold of someone two days later and I'm told they will deliver my package after 530 when I get off work. At 330 I get a call saying they are at my door and I have to send them away. I have never seen such a utter failure to execute the core function of a business.

We can always rely on Frontier Courier for package deliveries. We're located outside the city and they provide that vital "last mile delivery" - they come through every time. Thank-you Frontier Courier!
