He will give you an honest, reasonable quote, based on moving facts and his experience in the business, and, on him knowing what is really needed to get the job done, RIGHT and fair, for both you and him. He does not tell you what you want to hear, talk sweetly and reassuringly to you, then take you on a "rip-off ride," after you are strapped in. He will give you upfront pricing, and do the job to your pleasing satisfaction.
