Visited the store today with a list of items we needed for our home renovations. Our first question regarding the supply of mouldings and door framing supplies was answered with “Yes that’s it” and we were dismissed halfway through that statement. We were not offered any help with was was available or any other suggestions. Such total rudeness was not appreciated and we immediately left the store . The staff member had about zero customer service etiquette . DO BETTER…

Having recently moved into the area into a home that needs some maintenance and of course renos. This newly relocated retail outlet has a wide variety of parts and materials combined with well stocked and excellent service, cement this outlet as a source of materials that will be needed.
