Stayed there for 2 weeks doing a week on and off rotation had the same reservations made for my next hitch showed up 9 pm snowing and blowing minus 20 and this guy messed up my reservation and told.me.theres nothing he can do. Fella sounds half in the bag so if your a crew or.working around here I'd steer clear of there unless you like sleeping in your truck. .

I needed a last minute room on my business trip and they were very accommodating. They got a room ready ready for me quickly. The room was quite large with lots of room and a nice layout. It was clean and nice looking upin arrival. Defenitely would stay here again.

We are 3 evacuees from Yellowknife. We called from High Level desperate for a room at 3:15am. They held the room for us as we promptly made the drive from High Level to Manning. Thank you to the staff again for being so kind to us while we are displaced and figuring things out. The room was huge, really clean, and inviting. 11/10!! Thank you!!

Honestly, the kitchenette I stayed in for two weeks was fine for appliances.

Has an oven with a stove top, a microwave, a Keurig, a mini fridge, a single kitchen sink, and a separate sink by the bathroom/entrance.

The couch has a hide-a-bed which is apparently super uncomfortable, but the upstairs bedroom isn't bad. Faces south, so it's cool in the evenings.

But the place never has wifi. Ever. Management always says "it's getting fixed next week", or "the telus guy was here a couple days ago, and it worked then", but I just don't think anyone cares enough to get it updated.

And the management is appalling, to put things politely. I booked a room a week in advance, drove 6 hours to work in town, and when I arrived to check in, management couldn't be bother to pick up a damned phone after 7 consecutive calls. I got lucky elsewhere, but needless to say, I was absolutely irate at finding myself nearly stranded upon arrival. I confronted the guy the next day about why he wasn't there, and he said there were plumbing issues with the room, but my trust in him was already broken.

I recommend staying at either Grimms or Nova instead

I was rather satisfied with the room that I got. It was nice, clean, cozy, and warm. All the plumbing worked with no issues. It's missing a free breakfast but for the price and the size of the rooms, I can't complain.

The hotel rooms are quite nice. I stayed in a 2 double bed room for a week and it was comfortable, clean and everything worked.

However the suites out back are falling apart. Mine has a leaking toilet, the cold water drips nonstop from the kitchen sink, there is only one functional element on the stove and there is a dead electrical outlet. Not the best place to be living out of.

Place is very old, the ceiling in my room is stained badly from leaks. I stayed here for 4 nights, the wifi was down the whole time. Came back a week later and the wifi was still down. I asked what the problem was and the manager told me that he called telus a couple weeks ago and he said " I tried cause I know how important Xbox is to you young people!" I do NOT recommend this motel!

Room was clean and quiet. Cable TV, Wifi. Free shampoo, conditioner and soap. Kureg coffee maker with coffee and condiments, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. Gentlemen that booked us in was friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay. Would definitely stay again and reccomend to everyone. Thanks!
