I was served today by Kate-lynn and another young lady ( I’m sorry I don’t recall her name) helped her…when she needed it. They were both awesome…. Service was great. It takes a bit to transfer stuff from one phone to another, so being able to chat a bit is nice. Service there today was great. Even when I phoned in and spoke to Dawn… that was great service.

I entered the Telus office in stephenville Nl and had the best service from Dawn Mercer . She was excellent, very explanatory , and made everything so easy to understand . I switched from Bell because Telus was so much more convenient and easier .
