This taxi company’s owner is so sweet (Dawn) and drivers are also good. But there could be less waiting time. Else cars need to be cleaned . Rest i am thankful that there are services to commute in this small town. I am happy with this company.

Fair price, but out of the 4 different drivers I’ve had, only 2 were decent, the other 2 weren’t great, and the driver that i have now as I’m writing this, I’ll give 1 star, he’s been swerving, hitting the brakes at random times and i don’t know why, the swerving sometimes is like he’s drunk or something, his speed goes up and down too, maybe he was drinking? And yes it’s dark, it’s 2 am, I’ve driven at 2 am without swerving or hitting the brakes for no reason, i don’t know his name, but has an Indian culture style hat and a beard, wouldn’t recommend this driver if possible.
Edit: he just nearly drove through a stop sign, and yes many people have done a “rolling stop”, this was barely that, kind of slowed down then just kept going, this driver is 0-1 stars!

The woman in dispatch was very kind and helpful. Told me that she will have taxi ready for me in 20 mins but it came within 7. Much better option compared to other leading competitor out there.

I don't mind waiting for hours and I don't mind the dirty vehicles.
The dispatcher is lovely. Drivers are nice. But the eastern guy with the plastic mustache hanging from his rearview mirror, who's careful to hide his phone down by his leg while he's talking and doing things on it while driving made me switch cab companies.

I waited an hour for my driver to arrive today. When I called to check in around 45 minutes, the dispatcher told me that he got lost, but will be there shortly. When he arrived, he didn’t bother to pull up to my door, so I had to walk through the snow to the car. Instead of turning around in my driveway, he started backing up my long lane way. I let him know that he could simply turn around instead, he agreed, but then started driving on my yard heading behind my house. He struggled to understand that he could simply turn around.
The vehicle had dirty feet marks all over the back of the passenger seat and there was a full cup of soda in the door. The car smelt like stale and freshly smoked cigarettes. He drove with the window halfway down for the full drive, I was very cold for a winter drive in the backseat.
When I arrived to my destination, he didn’t leave right away. He opened his driver door and it looked like he was vomiting out of the door as he was shaking his face towards the ground and there was what looked like vomit on the ground. I will never call this cab company again, a bad experience overall.

I normal have a great experience with g and D taxi and I’m not one to complain the dispatcher was amazing but the driver I had today was really not friendly got mad when I handed him cash and gave me a attitude of why are u giving me cash :/ like I said not one to complain but it made me feel really judged and disrespected as it’s still a payment I left more then what I was charged and still got an attitude. I work for tips ofc i have a lot of cash and i don’t just have lots of money to be paying on card .
