came to our apartment last year during the beginning of the pandemic. we had to tell them to put masks on and the older guy became very ignorant and disrespectful to me and my wife. when they started taking our old washer dryer system down the stairwell he would of dropped it on the younger guy going down the stairwell if I hadn't grabbed the washer/dryer to stabilize it. this man was very ignorant and rude.....its pretty lame that Baker contracts these guys for deliveries.

Excellent service! Less than a day’s notice and they were here within the arranged time. The guys were courteous and efficiently delivered our new fridge and removed the old fridge in a matter of minutes.

Delivered my new fridge and took away my old one. VERY conscientious, courteous and carefully efficient with my appliances and my home, getting the fridges in and out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David and his crew!

Terrible communication with customers and unreliable. Cant trust them when they say a time bec they didnt show the first time we made arrangements. Owner apologised for the miscommunication but it doesnt change the fact that we wasted a whole afternoon waiting for them to arrive and they ignored all phone calls and texts from us. We had to go to where we purchased the machine to get a response from Gentle Giant.

Hands down the best service I have ever had. I've had a lot of different things delivered by different delivery companies Gentle Giant went out of their way I
needed the item delivered earlier then the time they gave me in the first call Called them to ask if I could have it delivered earlier no questions asked they were on time quick drop off. Thanks guys for working with me I appreciate it
