Super nice people with great helpful nature.
Prices are very reasonable compared to other places I have been to. I always come here for oil changes and for all other major diagnostics. Diagnostic skills of technicians are awesome. Definitely will use the services in future.

My truck was out of warranty and was throwing fuel pressure codes. Showed at three shops and every one charged me for different things but after spending a lot still issue was not resolved. Ultimately dropped truck at Gerry's Truck Centre at Woodstock location. They diagnosed that truck is in need of EPRV delete. They performed it under recall, No charge. I drove more than 12000 KM engine light never returned and truck is running very smoothly. Great counter staff and technicians are amazing. It's better to go dealership rather than spending money again and again else where.

Excellent service with great customer service. Stating problem with my big rig not diagnosed with many repair shops. They took long time and finally diagnosed the wiring problem and fixed it. Thanks service department. I have one suggestion, after fixing wiring issue should check it even the cab power too.

Worst place to take your truck they just wanna rip you off and brutally make money on you.

In woodstock service manager Norman Posynick is very RUDE and unprofessional. He has NO patience at all to deal with customers
I even talked to him about how my PTO pump and my dump box shakes while I’m trying to lift my box up, as it feels like the truck is about to explode. I told him about this, but he said that they checked it but there is nothing wrong with it, and that apparently they added 25L of hydraulic oil to the truck. and I told him adding the hydraulic oil won’t fix the problem. They even added the oil without even asking me. And on top of that they charged me $350. Then, he told me to drive all the way from Windsor to Woodstock just to show him how my truck is acting up. Then, I drove all the way over there just like he told me but he wasn’t there, they told me he was gone for the day.

When I got there they called 2 service mechanics. And I showed them how my truck is shaking and acting up, then they spotted it right away, when I showed them. And the mechanics at Gerry’s Truck Centre couldn’t spot the issue by themselves I had to show them the issue myself

This is a pathetic place, lack of diagnostic skills experienced I well never go to their shop again

Been talking my equipment here for some time now, friendly, professional and very accommodating service. They have helped me through some very challenging times and couldn't ask for better help. All dealer shops should follow their examples in customer service.
