Was quoted 575 for a 3 hour move. They showed up with a trailer for a 2.5 bedroom condo, which obviously was to small and forced 2 trips, and 2 older gentlemen as movers.

Due to the company's own doings the move was very slow and drawn and ended up taking 5 hours and even tho I was told I would not be paying for the extra trip that was the company's fault for sending the wrong truck I was still charged over $1000....over double the original quote.

When I called I was told they were looking into things and that they would call me back. 5 days later still no response and here I am writing this review.

Would not recommend and will strongly advise everyone I know NOT to use this company

Worst company ever! Do not entertain even contacting them. If I can rate a 0 I would. The first crew were amazing. Absolutely professional. The second crew were useless. They had no tools to deassemble furniture when they fully knew they had to and agreed prior. They literally had to knock on my Neighbors to borrow tools, so embarrassing for a moving company. Their manager was not even answering them to support their employees. At the end after 18 hours of moving, they refused to bring down the rest of the furniture and demanded more money. They are absolute scammers. The manager kept hanging up on us. They broke my table and I have a furniture missing. They refused to even take our calls. Absolute garbage. I beg you DO NOT CONTACT THEM. The manager didn’t even have the decency to contact us back to apologize for such garbage behavior. We even ordered them drinks lunch and dinner. DO NOT CONTACT.

Bad, bad, bad. Firstly they were 30 minutes late. We lived in a condo and only had the service elevator for 3 hours. Secondly when they arrived they had the wrong information so they brought 2 men for a 3 man job and a small truck instead of the large one we needed. We were told the second trip would be on them since all of our furniture would not fit. Thirdly they were unfortunately slow and I even started helping unpack the truck once they arrived at the house. Lastly once they finished they tried to get me to sign a form that said we owed them over double what they quoted us at. They were charging us for the extra hours it took for the second trip.
Oh also we had scuffed items and when my husband tried to contact them to talk about it, there was no response.

It was a no good experience which made the day even more stressful. If I could give 0 I would.
Would not recommend.
