I almost never leave reviews but this company is an absolute scam. Do NOT book with them! I received a confirmation text the day before my move with the wrong time (which should have been my first clue). I corrected the time. The next day no one is there at the agreed time. I was 15 minutes and call the company. They tell me my time was actually “a window” of an hour- first time I’d heard of that but whatever. I wait until the window ends, no movers. I call again and I’m told they don’t know where they are but they’ll call me back. They don’t. Repeat for almost 3 hours where they have no idea where my movers are or when they’ll get to me. I ask to speak to a manager and I’m told I can’t because they “don’t speak to customers.” They then ask me if I would be okay with 4pm - my original booking was 10am. I say no and she says she’ll call me back (I know she won’t). At that point I call a different company and book new movers. I call them back to cancel and all the sudden she knows exactly where they are and they’re almost there and the movers are texting me too. Absolutely scam artists who STILL aren’t returning my deposit even though they were the ones who couldn’t compete the service. Save yourself the headache and book someone else!!

didn’t think moving could be this smooth. They came right on time, wrapped everything like pros, and even helped label my boxes better. I honestly just watched in awe. Five stars is not enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
