Clean storage units, good location and our stuff felt safe, but be prepared to get yelled at and chewed out if you don't follow any of their SUPER strict rules (where and how to park, how to enter/exit the property, putting a credit card on file, making any changes to your account...etc). Also note this place doesn't offer 24 hour access - if you're there past closing time they bill you $185 every 15 mins.

Pros:

1. Staff — they are really nice and helpful.

2. Safety — they are gated; I’m assured that nothing will happen to my stuff

3. Location — convenient because it’s near my house ☺️

Cons:
They have limited climate control storage in this location. They have another storage that has climate control but it’s far away from me. I am not comfortable on where it is located

They are not 24/7 even though you will be given your own access code for the gate. Unfortunately, if you are still inside the property by 1900, you have to pay $50 to be able to go out

Nothing but a bunch of thieves. Over priced units, customer service is very poor, makes any issue the renters fault including deleting payment information on their system. Refused to refund any mo ey owed even with proper notice. Makes u pay every 4 weeks instead of once a month so u pay 13 or 14 times a year instead of 12.

Doesn't take payment off card then locks u out of the units till u have to chase them to then find out they deleted the card information. Try to take to them, makes u feel like dirt, owner shakes head and shrugs shoukds with a smile. Like no professionalism at all .

RENTERS BE WARNED. UBWILL BE SCREWED AND STOLEN FROM. REFUSES TO TAKE ANY BLAME ON THUER ERRORS

My 80 year old grandmother has used this storage for years. She’s given them thousands, easily. And yet when she was working on emptying the unit, by herself as an EIGHTY YEAR OLD, the staff here decided it would be appropriate to berate her for not having it cleared out quick enough. She had to empty the unit over multiple days because, as previously mentioned, she’s OLD. This was completely unacceptable treatment and they should feel ashamed of themselves. And this review hasn’t even mentioned the excessive price gouging in the last few years. If you’re looking for a good company I’d recommend looking for a place that doesn’t treat people like garbage when they’ve outlasted their use.

Great facility!
I had a locker and an outdoor parking spot. Never is there garbage or debris loose on the property. My locker was spotless when I took possession. The staff are diligent and professional, as well as courteous and kind.
I will use their facility again.

Been storing here for years, it's fairly safe but the bill comes in on a different day each month, mice have gotten into the unit, leaky ceiling, the hours of access have been shortened, minimal shade in the open hours, nails in the driveways have caused tire damage. The price has gone up a couple times, too. Not the best honestly.

Rented for a month and then had to extend by one week. That week was prorated. Brenda was friendly and efficient. Had no issues with our movers moving our stuff out. Place was clean and seemed very secure. Will be moving the rest of my stuff out at the end of the week. I only wish they had smaller units so I could stay there for my small items.
