Not impressed with this service, we have had a few issues where they don’t show up on time or at all and we have had to call multiple times. Also I find it really stupid they call them selves “Gibbons Taxi” but during the week they close at 9 for local gibbons pick up and drop offs. You can only get a taxi if you’re going to Edmonton or such. Not worth the energy.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would. I booked a cab days in advance. I even got a confirmation email. Despite this + them saying they offer 24 hour service on their website; they never showed up. And when I called multiple times to see if they were coming I was sent straight to voicemail. I was forced to miss a day of work because of it. Do not order from here if you actually want a cab to come.

EDIT: The owner called and apologized for the situation, owning up to their mistake. Which was very kind. I will be willing to give them a second chance in the future should the need arise.

From Gibbons to the airport, Gibbons Taxi is the only way to go. Raman was early for 3 a.m. pickup. Service was excellent as he was very courteous, respectful, and even handled our heavy luggage for us. With the flat rate there are no surprises. Gibbons, we are lucky to have this taxi service. When Fort Taxi closed their services in the Fort Saskatchewan area, the Misses and I needed a reliable transportation to help us with our transportation needs…
Gibbons Taxi have proven to be a friendly, reliable service that is very accommodating- even with one or two unforeseen changes in schedules have impacted pick up times.

Picked us up at my acreage north of Gibbons, took us to Oilers playoff game, came and got us right after the game and returned home. Excellent service, pristine vehicle, super friendly. Its great to finally have a reliable taxi service in our area. Highly recommend.
