Horrible company to deal with. They speak from a script and it's quite annoying. They screw up on almost every shipment I take over the border. One time they asked me to confirm weight of either 42000lbs or 685000lbs. Ya cause I'm gonna put a half million pounds plus on my tandem. Idiots!!! I hate dealing with these people. So much wasted time!!!

Terrible,terrible,terrible. Doesn't matter that you instruct them on the cover sheet to email a hard copy, put in the body of the email again instructions to email, these people either choose not to read or simply ignore. Spent countless amount of time and energy following up and going over the exact same info that has been sent and received. Then you get asked if there's anything else they can do for you. Unbelievable.

Always have to chase them to email the cover sheet for the border crossing even though,, my manifest requests that they email the sheet.Do they not realize I need a hard copy for customs?
