Had I seen these reviews I most definitely would not have given them my business. I don't know when my products got shipped, communication Is vague and leads no where. Very unprofessional. the woman hanged up the phone once and ask me to get off the phone, all I wanted was an ETA of my goods supposedly shipped . At this point I'm not sure if it is still on their truck or in a warehouse, IT is obvious business and customer satisfaction is not their Mission... She told me I should appreciate the favour they are doing for me without giving any details of when my products got ship and when it would arrive. AS IF I DID NOT OVER PAY YOU ALREADY to get disrespectful, unprofessional interactions,. Clearly repeat business is not even an after thought for these two. Best wishes for future business- you let us down.

I gave this company my barrel 6 months ago to ship, my barrel hasn't reached the destination country. Now he is avoiding my calls. Please avoid shipping with this company. Why go into a business that you can not mentain and misleading people?

New home industry if your selling or buying I strongly recommend global moving. Very professional and very strong movers. Excellent service. Job well done. I am very picky and they handled my portraits like gold...and my expensive furniture with so much care.

I wanted to use this company to ship home. They said between Monday and Tuesday afternoon at 5:15 pm Tuesday I called the number to asked if they were coming to pick up the barrel to which was replied yes. No one called to say it was canceled. I had to call the next day to asked if they were still coming? No customer service!!!
Then a lady said she will try and help on Sunday but she said she will get someone to pick up today. Tell me how this person showed up with no paper work weak like fart to carry down the barrel over 6 steps with a trolley from U-Haul . Because I said wait until I received my paperwork from the lady . He got vex and left my barrel in the road. Very rude and non professional. They over charges as well they 165$ I got it to go for 85$ from another shipping service.

This is the most unprofessional moving company, their customer service is appalling to say the least. They have 0 communication skills, rude and "don't know anything". My husband shipped 2 barrels before Christmas and haven't been able to hear anything from them as to where they are. They don't answer his calls, but will answer if he uses a different number and are rude. We stated that it shouldn't take so long for them to reach and the man text my phone and told me people who received their barrel must ship on their head. I'm just complaining about their lack of communication and outright disrespect for paying customers. We will definately find another company to ship with from now on.

If it’s possibly to give this company a zero stars out of 5 I would. This company has a history of shipping individuals item and as soon as it reaches to where you are sending the item. The item cannot be located. It’s either this company is stealing peoples items or the company they are working with is stealing individuals items. I tried filing a police claim with the Brampton police and I’m complaint to the better business bereau about them. Don’t get me even started on their customer service. They never call you back when they are supposed to and you have to leave them a million and one messages before they return your call. I’d give their customer service a zero. This business needs to be shut down

I'm gonna ship with white people!!!!! Call me a sell but these people are the worse people I've ever done business with! I cannot hear ntn about my stuff and this man is gonna tell me "I can't carry it on my head". I said as Carribean people I wanna give them the business but no, never again!!!!!! They won't answer my calls and when I use somebody else's phone, bro they are so disrespectful!!!!!! And I'm not hiding because this is the same email I used to send that E Transfer...Hunnu caah do me 1 BBC ting! Go learn business etiquette!!!

Thank god I did my research before booking with these ppl. My husband found the number and asked me contact them to ship 2 barrels to Jamaica. The man answered to the phone and I asked him the price, from the start he was ignorant and demanding. I asked him if I had the right company and confirmed the name and address and quickly googled it while I was at my desk. I said due to his reviews I would choose not to proceed, he started yelling at me a hung up in my ear. Then a number called back with a woman on the phone, she said where she was calling from and I said the same thing. I DO NOT want your services!! All of a sudden I hear the same man in the back round telling me he is going to have me charged by the police. All in all terrible experience before even booking a service! AVOID these people at all cost!! Oh and for the icing on the cake...... he called back my husband after I left this review and told him he would sue me for deformation of character!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!
