This place is disgusting and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Had to wait way too long just to pick up a package.

Parcels are ALL OVER the place, its no surprise that there’s so many reviews of people not being able to pick up their packages or it “magically appearing” the second time around, the owner probably wasn’t able to find them in this mess.

This owner also seems to fight everybody who leaves a bad review instead of working towards providing a more bearable customer experience.

Make sure you’re home to pick up your package otherwise it might be gone forever!

Ужасная работа ! Мне распечатали фото на обычной бумаги , да еще и ужасного качества + сделали криво скан 2 документов. Я потратила на это 20 минут и заплатила 7$.
Серьезно ?! Скан одной стороны стоит 2$?

Даже 1 звезда это много для такого сервиса и обслуживания !

Had to come here to pick up a package and had a very poor experience. Unkempt, everything looked like a mess, and it looks like he had old lunches in his minifridge that also sold drinks. Waited about 15 minutes because he had to follow somebody else around, to make sure he wasn't stealing anything before he left. Essentially has makeshift aisles using the packages of customers, and seemed to have some issues locating mine for some bit. The package was eventually located, it was one of the boxes that helped create his "aisles" in the store. Seeing as the order was quite expensive, had some serious concerns here. Please do better.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm sorry if you have to pick up your missed delivery at this location. This business should be removed as a vendor for any delivery companies currently using them.
My package was sent here from Purolator unfortunately so I had no choice. I rushed to this office to pick up my package but prefaced it as I walked up to the desk that it was under my brother's name but I have valid ID that matches the address on the package and the contents belonged to me. Without looking at the slip, my ID, or the name on the card he quickly dismissed me and told me to come back with my brother's ID.
Some back and forth conversation happened as he continued to make up rules for himself and speaking on behalf of Purolator. I told him what was in the box to prove it was mine and he said "oh since it's ___ then I definitely need the recipient to pick it up" (I uncovered this is also untrue when I was talking to Purolator). That's convenient that this rule existed as he was declining me my property. He'd ask me questions to just shut me down after. "Is the last name the same as the one on the package?" "Yes" "I can't give it to you." "Does the address on the ID match what's on the package?" "Yes" "I still can't give it to you."
This person who was working was deliberately trying to make things difficult for no reason whatsoever. My phone was dead at the time so I couldn't pull up Purolator's terms and conditions so I did that when I got home.
I went on Purolator's website, as instructed on the card that was left on my door and what the rules were if someone were to pick up a package on someone else's behalf. Purolator: "One piece of acceptable government-issued photo ID indicating residence at
the address to which the item is addressed". I called the store again and asked why he refused to release my package to me if I was authorized to pick it up. To this, he responded that the document was OUT OF DATE. I clarified, this is a document that is CURRENTLY on Purolator's website. He didn't care. He insisted it was out of date and he had the "updated one". I asked where I could find this updated one and he told me to come into the store so he could print it out for me. Of course, I didn't waste my time driving down there. I contacted Purolator directly and asked them if this document was outdated and if there was a new one I'm missing somewhere. To nobody's surprise, it is in fact the most up-to-date document on THEIR website. Not only did this man purposely try to make things harder for me to pick up when it was evident that the package belonged to me, he also decided to lie to customers and speak on behalf of the clients he represents.
I don't even have to mention the fact that this place is unkempt and has zero organization, honestly quite a disgusting place to have your belongings being held. See for yourself from the pictures posted from others.
This is shady business behaviour and I would suggest avoiding this place at all cost if possible. I've never felt like an "authorized dealer" was going to steal my package before until now. I understand that the owner has previously called other reviewers "liars", so he'll likely do the same here. Instead of providing poor service and then trying to discredit what customers have to say about your business then you should maybe spend some time to improve it instead.

This place is gross and the person working is equally as gross. stood outside abs waited for 15mins because he showed up late. purolator needs to better vet their agents.

My experience with this business is that the person staffing it has the space reliably organized always, allowing him to identify my parcels every time before I reach the counter.
I do not know how old the other reviews are, nor how old the reviewers were when they were posting them. I found the negative reviews to be a little snotty, a little demanding, and a little self-righteous.
I am able to recommend this streetside service 30 metres or so east of Dufferin on St. Clair's south side for service and the courtesy that comes with it.
