10 out of 10, highly recommended. Go Mini Storage was incredible!!. I had previously booked with another company that was canceled at the last minute. Customer Service with Go Mini stayed with me on the phone until 9:30 at night to get me a container the  next morning. Drop off, pick up and delivery at the new address in 2 days!. They were fantastic, and I love that I could support local. I will definitely use them for all my future storage needs. You won't go wrong with go mini!.

Our experience with Go mini was a positive experience despite not being able to completely move in to the new home due to ongoing renovations.
They were pleasant to deal with on the phone.
They made a special delivery on Sunday and were quick and efficient in moving it to the new place. They even turned the container opening to face the other direction for us.
They are prompt in answering their emails as well. All in all

 highly recommended!

Very prompt service. Pod was delivered on quickly, pod was very clean. When I called for it to be removed they were there fast. Really nice people. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with Go Minis was great. There were some issues with billing, but that was sorted out. Even when my mover was a no-show, the company worked with me to allow for more time at the last minute. A wonderful response to address a problem that had nothing to do with them. Very customer focused!

I liked that my container has a rubber lined floor. The only thing is that their online booking was showing as no availability when there was... so it is best to call in. I am glad I did!

Go-Mini is a great service. They have a drop off and pick up service that is second to none. I was able to divide my move as I needed and was provided security storage while our house was under construction. When the home was ready to move in they delivered the pod to my new address for unloading. No lifting, just a dolly and I was done. The Pod was picked up in a day.

Go mini’s is a wonderful option. We were displaced for 11 months to which they kept our multiple pods safe. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!!

Go Mini's Canada was fantastic to deal with.
Communication with Mel was first rate and he was great when I needed the container an extra couple of days.
Truck driver was great as well, and was able to put the container right where I wanted at both of my locations.
Would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

What a great experience! Mel was awesome through the entire process! I had delivery of the pod to my apartment building scheduled for December 17th, then realized that I had a Christmas lunch at work on the 17th and didn't want to miss it. I called Mel and explained the situation, thinking that I would just push it to the following Monday. But he offered to drop it off a day early instead, which worked out perfectly! Shawn the delivery driver was great at communicating with me both at drop off to my apartment building and again at drop off to my new home. When it came time to pick up the pod my 1 month rental only had a couple of days remaining, and I was a bit worried because it was on a weekend. But since I called prior to the 1 month being up, Mel made sure to end the rental prior to pick up so that I wouldn't be charged for another month, which to me was fantastic customer service! When it came time to pick the pod up (on a Monday) the weather was definitely less than desirable and it set them back a day or 2. The customer service was so good though, that I had no issue with the pod sitting on my driveway for a couple of extra days! Les, the driver (and, I just learned, the owner of the company!) who came to pick up the empty pod was great about calling and communicating the timeline for pick up as well. An all-over great experience with Go Mini's and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service in a heartbeat! Thanks for taking a lot of the stress of moving away guys; it really is appreciated!!
