I had a great experience with the appliance delivery team! Roger and Romeo arrived right on time and handled everything with care and professionalism. They were courteous, efficient, and made sure the appliances were placed exactly where I wanted. They even took extra time to ensure nothing was scratched or damaged during the process. It's clear they take pride in their work. Excellent service from start to finish.

Don't trust any company that works with this delivery service. This is the worst experience we've ever had.

We expected a delivery today within a certain time frame. Even AFTER that time frame had passed, there was NO sign of the item. Upon calling Anjali from customer service, she casually told us that the item was not loaded into the truck, hence the delivery will not happen. She kept repeating this excuse over and over again. She was NOT helpful in anyway at all. Her only suggestion was to postpone the delivery by a few days when I won't even be in the country to receive the item. For any further changes in delivery, she casually told us to contact Home Depot. She also tried to insinuate that it was MY fault that I was not able to work with her to reschedule the order. This is ONE OF THE MOST FRUSTRATING conversations I've ever had. Horrible company. DO NOT TRUST. They will PUNISH you for expecting services that you've PAID FOR.

Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. Ordered an appliance from Home Depot which was sent to this third party for delivery. The day of the delivery, we received a phone call that the delivery would be here within 30 min. After this, there was no sign of delivery. We received another phone call from the delivery driver asking us what the delivery was for? This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. We did not receive any phone calls and WE then had to call the company only to find out that the customer order would not be delivered. Their explanation was that “Home Depot did not stage the order”. We were provided with no clue as to what this even means. Their solution was to reschedule this to the earliest date (a few days away as they don’t work Sundays and Mondays are booked) which wasn’t even anywhere close to reasonable as we won’t be available to get the delivery. When we tried to get them to try to fit us in their next delivery, they say they are fully booked, even though they just messed up our order. When we tried to book it for a later date, they say their system doesn’t allow us to do this. When I asked to speak to the manager, they of course were conveniently not available. The customer service agent Anjali, could not help provide any reasonable solution for us. As a medical professional, my time is very limited and as such I would depend on a reliable delivery company with the highest standards, who can expedite deliveries, accept their mistakes and rectify them, as well as give priority to their clients for these mistakes. This company failed to do all of these things. I have never had such a frustrating experience in my life and would not recommend this delivery company to anyone. Please read this review and proceed with caution before making a decision to go with this company.

Don't trust this company with your delivery. The driver signed and left my very expensive delivery at the back of the house. The driver also gave me two options, I chose to call the vendor to confirm if these options were real, he lied in one of his options
The driver then left the items and forged my initials with the wrong initials. This company takes no accountability and didn't show care as they have large contracts with companies who do not apply any repercussions on such treatment of their clients. Whats worse, both the large company and this delivery service have no solution for this.

I had a terrible experience with this company’s delivery service. Two employees (QUINCY MAFFIE) arrived this morning to deliver some appliances but refused to install them, leaving them in the middle of my living room. They were extremely rude and even insulted me, accusing me of being “unreliable” because I wasn’t home two minutes before their arrival—something that was never communicated beforehand.

The worst part was that, by leaving the appliances in an unsafe location, my young child ended up getting hurt after bumping into them, putting their safety at risk. They also left everything messy and showed no intention of resolving the issue.

The service was unacceptable, and the staff’s behavior was completely disrespectful. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope they take serious steps to improve their customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Go To Home and their delivery team. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very careful when handling the appliances. The communication was also excellent throughout the entire process. I would recommend Go To Home to anyone looking for professional, friendly and overall outstanding delivery services.

Absolutely horrific. No integrity. No communication within their company. Given a simple delivery of one range appliance between the window of 2pm-6pm. 6:20. Nothing. Called. Center and they could not reach driver. But said they were 30-40 mins out. 7:15 nothing. Called again. They said they couldn’t reach driver. And I voiced we had young children to put to bed. What shame of a delivery company are they running. Disgraceful. Shame. DO NOT USE. Already reported to Home Depot and they are investigating and discounting. Btw. I NEVER write negative reviews as the world could use some grace, but come on. Your job is a simple one - just deliver!!!
