Dirtiest cab I've ever been in, #8. It took over 30 minutes to get them. Te driver was rude. Never again would I use them

This cabs company is an absolute hazard and should not be allowed to operate. Their drivers are inexperienced, ignorant, and display unsafe driving practices that repeatedly put lives in the Peace Region at risk. They have a history of erratic behaviour, including speeding, lane crossing, and other reckless habits that make them completely unfit for operation. If you value your safety, and those around you, avoid the ride.

It's shocking they're still in the road given their blatant disregard for basic road rules and public safety. Not to mention, when you call and make a complaint they are unfazed and unbothered, showing no concern for public safety.

Called a taxi, said it was going. To be 10-15 mins. After 45 mins of waiting, we canceled it. If you have a schedule to keep, I suggest avoiding them.

Definitely can have better customer service, the call guy will put you on hold all time and don’t know when to send a cab, you guys definitely can do better.

I used Golden Cabs for a grocery pickup though waited a long time, friendly driver. I then used Golden Cabs from Dawson to Fort St John and pre-arranged a time. Showed up a few minutes early and the experience was much better than my cab from Fort St John to Dawson with a different company. I definitely recommend Golden Cabs

Refused to take me and my pet (small kitten in a carrier) to the vet as there were no “pet-friendly” cabs available despite him being in a carrier. They tried to call me back but I had already gotten a ride from Yellow Cabs by that time. Absolutely ridiculous! Do not bother if you have a pet.

Called a cab when it was -35. The East Indian lady on the phone was super rude and hung up on me 3 times trying to get a cab. They then screened my calls and kept answering and hanging up. Then finally answered and I don’t even think she was speaking English just yelling and then hung up on me and my cab never showed up. Absolute garbage people working here don’t even call a cab from them. I know most people try to play the victim but I literally asked for a cab to service bc politely and she kept hanging up on me for no reason. Absolute garbage person working there

My experience with Golden cab was awesome. I had a timely service. Also, David (the in-charge online) gave me a concession on the service charge as I wasn’t having enough cash on me and my cards were not with me as I was relying on Apple Pay which isn’t something accepted by golden cab yet so that was really kind of him. My driver Said was also very nice. So all in all, my morning with these guys went very well. I reached where I was supposed to without any discomfort of any sort.
