Had a cab called by the admin at my daughters Elementary School to take her home with me since she had a fever of 104< The schools address brings you to the chain-link along the back field while the schools main doors are opposing it. We had waited in between the two for over 20min to see the cab pull up to the school sign and turn around and leave before I could pick my daughter’s bag up and head that way. We didn’t get home until over an hour after I showed up to pick up my daughter and it’s a 20 minute walk but the taxi service here has never really saved me time

Wife was dropped early morning and the debit machine wouldn’t work. Driver told her not to worry about it. Then he calls her after dark demanding to come back to her house to pick up the money and starts giving her attitude when she says she wasn’t home. He bullies her into letting him meet us out to pay him. The fact he wanted to come to meet her completely unsolicited at her home, after dark, is just so over the line and really creepy. I would recommend looking at other options, particularly if you are a lone female!

Although we called and waited , the driver thought it was appropriate to turn around infront of my Child and spouse and continue in the opposite dirrection . we only attempted to use this service as our child was severely sick.

I used to always have respect for this can company. As my entire childhood it was the means to my families transportation.
But is now my least favourite means of transportation, here are my reasons;
1 it has become outrageously expensive, but the quality of cleanliness and service has dropped. I spend less on an Uber and its spotless in most cases if not all.
2. I was harassed by a driver because I was short 5 dollars the previous time. I paid the head office and explained the situation. Next time I got in this car, he harassed me for the extra money and proceeded to lock the doors as I tried to refuse and get out after handing him the ride amount in cash.
This same driver also gave off stalker vibes and always knew my name and had to pick the call when it was my name.
3. Is the lack of respect any of the drivers have for how they talk to people in the car. It's not every driver but unfortunately there is a hand full. That have made very distasteful if not borderline sexual harrassment.
4. Last they actually owe me money and refuse to pay. Even after the driver incident. They owe me 38.25 exactly. They refused any payment except gift cards and I have yet to see these gift cards. I've called 2 about them and they both times have said they have been sent. This incident was 1 and half years ago now ..

Thank you for listening to my rant and do yourself a favour don't use this company.

AVOID CAR 66 . Demanding money upfront and very rude and unprofessional from a mother's point of view. If I ever stop using this service this man is why. Overweight Guy with a beard.

Never even took a taxi, one of your drivers parked on a sidewalk and as I waited for him to back up he never did until I was behind his vehicle. Hire some competent drivers that'll look behind them as they back up so they don't hit anyone waiting for them to move.

One of the worst company for taxi. I took a trip with them the taxi driver took longest way on a trip i usually pay 15 dollar i had to pay with them 40 dollar. The driver said 25 dollars when i asked him at the dnd the price became 40 totally ripoff. I could have gone to another city with the 40.

Customer service was excellent. I have used them before, they have always been on time and courteous for the most part.

My most recent ride itself was an issue.

Taxi smelled of such thick cigarette smoke we had to open the window. Driver spoke very loudly on a personal call over car speakers for 15 minutes.
