Part one

Satisfied and unhappy at the same time.
The first feidge delivery was scheduled for Dec 27 at 3:30pm, sixteen days after purchase date. Delivery service called at 3:39 pm to inform of their arrival in approximately 15 minutes, I responded with a request to please unload in the empty 50 foot driveway. Previously I had made sure that there were'nt snowy or slippery conditions in the driveway space. Delivery personnel unloaded uboxed fridge in the middle of neighbors ice and snow covered driveway blocking his exit. They broke water line coupler while trying to disconnect right door. Fridge was laid on moving dolly on its back to remove doors. Fridge fell to left side and was damaged on top left corner. Left door fell open at same time and was damaged. I took time off from work to assist with the delivery as I have 20 years experience in property management. One of the delivery personel we'll call him Sven, asked if I would still take delivery or if I wanted to decline the delivery. I declined the delivery and contacted home depot service. This company is good when it comes to moving but terrible when it has to do with delivering and installing appliances from Home Depot. First: did not deliver on booked date, waited all day, no response back, had to call several times. Rebooked for 3 days later.
The 2 delivery guys did not hook up hoses correctly for washer so had a mess to clean up. Did not install levelling feet on dryer. Left them in the drum.
Did not secure dryer hose with metal bands I was told to buy for that purpose.
Called company and a third guy from their warehouse came out, fixed hose connections and said dryer feet were wrong ones. Took them, said he would go to HDepot and be right back. Did not come back. Did not phone.
24 hours later, I spent over 2 hours on line with Home Depot about getting the levelling feet back. TWO hours. They contacted Canada Cartage, then Maytag, who said feet are NOT wrong and installers needed to follow dryer manual.
Offered to send same guys back to install feet. By that point I was done.
Feet have been dropped off at my request, but one of them is damaged from him attempting to install it incorrectly.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with them when delivering for Home Depot. Delivered a stove 2 months ago and arrived 7 hours after delivery window- 10 PM at night. No communication. I sat in an empty house waiting all day and evening. Once there, did a good job.
My issues: 1. lack of communication and 2. delivery guys are not trained to do appliance installations properly.
Home Depot has lost my business because of this and I will never refer Good to Go to anyone after these ridiculous and needlessly stressful situations with them.

JJ and his crew moved us out of our condo and into an apartment. Needless to say many stairs and distances to walk and haul everything. The guys were well prepared, friendly and professional. They handled our belongings with care and worked longer hours to get the job done. This was our second time using them and would definitely hire them again. Appreciate the professional service and care they took.

Good to go delivered a fridge I ordered from Costco. Tyler (I hope I remembered the name correctly) and his crew called when they were 10 minutes out so could be ready. Super quick, super professional and super friendly. The whole delivery was 10-15 minutes start to finish (I didn’t need installation help) and the old fridge was hauled away. Great experience

Have just moved here from another Province and been dealing with Good to Go for all kinds of things (major appliance delivery, transport of appliances and furniture from one local location to another, disposal of non-functional items etc. The company has been very flexible in meeting our needs and the rates charged have been reasonable. Every team has been great but I’m super impressed with James P. And Josef today - polite, efficient and very careful with everything they handled. Thanks Good to Go!

We recently purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot. We were very fortunate that Parker and Jackson were assigned to the delivery. They were on time and gave us advance notice. Both were very professional, polite and efficient. They ensured proper installation of both the washer and dryer including leveling both. THANK YOU!

It has been 3 weeks since we hired them to move a piano and it was a fiasco! The piano fell over, damaging the drywall and the commercial grade carpet on the staircase was torn on several treads. Our phone calls and emails have resulted in zero efforts on their part, for any kind of restitution.

Had to move during my favourite time of the year. All the perfect plans I had to have everything packed and ready to go fell through but the two guys who helped me were very kind and understanding, they ran everything out of the house and into the new house, explained everything that we needed to understand as we went. Misplaced my card during the move and they were able to make it work it out with my roommate while I stayed back to sort the last details out. They communicate well, friendly, very helpful and polite.
