I’m a big fan of Grab and Go restaurant because the food quality is amazing and always delicious. They serve generous portions of rice—every time I order, I have enough for a week! Plus, they’ve upgraded their design and packaging, and it looks even better than before.

I recently ordered food from Grab and Go in Port Coquitlam branch, and unfortunately, the packaging quality was extremely poor. The oil from the food leaked through the bag and completely messed up the seat of my brand-new car. I believe the package was not sealed nicely.
This was not only disappointing but also caused a lot of hassle to clean up. I strongly recommend that the restaurant improves its packaging to prevent this from happening to other customers. Very dissatisfied with the experience

I ordered the kabob, and it was very tasty. The service was good and the preparation time was reasonable. Our takeaway was ready as soon as we arrived, which was great.

Got the steak kabob and rice , was paper thin and over cooked. Will never order this again from here. They have been good in the past but the quality has gone down recently and for 23 dollars I expected alot more of a steak and not all rice ! Very disappointed

Hello to the “Begir o Bebar” team,

A few days ago, we called and placed a food order.
The person who answered the phone, as the representative of your business, has a clear responsibility: if prices have increased, they must inform the customer — whether the order is small or large.

Unfortunately, no such notice was given. We only found out after finalizing the order that prices had significantly increased. This was honestly quite surprising to us — especially since we had ordered from you just a week earlier and the prices were not nearly this high.

When a price change happens so suddenly, a simple question like:
“Are you aware that prices have changed?”
is the least that should be asked by the receptionist. That way, if the customer still agrees to place the order, at least the decision is made knowingly and with consent.

I’m genuinely disappointed that this experience has led me to reduce — or even completely stop — using your services..🥲

However, I want to clarify that the main issue here is not just the price increase itself — the real concern is the lack of communication at the time of ordering.

A professional team, especially the person answering the phone, has the responsibility to clearly inform the customer of any recent price changes and explain them properly — before finalizing the order.
This allows the customer to make an informed decision, rather than being surprised at the end.

Good customer service means respecting the customer’s right to know, and that should always be a higher priority than the quality of your products.

Respect and transparency are the foundation of trust.
And we expect that to be reflected in how your team communicates with customers — especially loyal ones..🙌🏻

I’ve ordered from Grab and Go in Port Coquitlam before and was very satisfied, but unfortunately this time was disappointing. The kebabs were burnt with an unpleasant smoky taste, and the rice was undercooked. When I called to share my feedback, they asked for a photo (which I sent), and then told me that other customers like it more well-done. While I understand preferences can vary, burnt meat and undercooked rice should never be acceptable. I hope they take more care with quality and consistency in the future, as I used to really enjoy their food.
