Overall a great college. I took the Heavy Equipment course here in 2016. My instructor was great. You will learn the basic operations of your specific equipment that you’ve chosen.

However, completing the course does NOT GUARANTEED you a job or even start off at an higher wage as opposed to someone who doesn’t have their (HEO) tickets. You will most likely start off operating a PACKER, just like every greenhorn starting out Heavy Equipment.

If you know absolutely nothing about heavy equipment operation. I suggest taking this course to dip your toes. If you have any clue whatsoever. Save your money and buy a house.
