If I could give zero stars, I would. Everything that could go wrong with this project did, culminating in having to remove some very expensive, heavily damaged/poorly installed trees and start over with a different landscape company that has been wonderful in every way that Green Team Solutions was not. We had problems ranging from failing to meet commitments multiple times with no proactive communication, haphazard bookkeeping/project management (wrong plants were installed while we were billed for what we agreed to), failure to "remember" feedback/requests both written and verbal many times over, head-slappingly sloppy installation (including putting huge trees so close to a covered arena the branches were up under the ceiling IN the arena), and finally trying to gaslight us when we complained about the result. Example: he insisted the huge trees were "professionally installed" while my husband was on site and literally watched his team drop one from mid-air. He also tried to convince us the level of "shock and damage" was "normal" and everything would look beautiful in a year. And yet when we formally complained in writing, we heard that our soil was bad so it was basically out fault. He is the landscape professional: if he knew the soil was suboptimal, why didn't he a) tell us ahead of time and b) recommend necessary ground preparation to ensure successful planting? Oh, and he's expensive. The only positive things I can say is that he is very personable when you meet him, and he did finally remove those big trees, but only after my personal assistant politely dogged him for weeks to get it done. Luc seems to have a lot of happy customers here so maybe our experience is unique, but I would run far away. If it happened to us, it could happen to you.

Luc is the best! We needed a total yard refresh after our new pool left our yard looking like a construction site and he delivered a beautiful result! He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, made sure the materials were the best quality and was there on site making sure the job was up to his standard. When I decided to move to my Wellington farm, and make it my permanent residence, what I needed most was to upgrade the landscape.

Running an equestrian business brings with it specific requirements: many plants in Florida are toxic to animals and from a practical point of view, pathways and loading spaces needed to be adjusted.

I also wanted a landscape that made me feel at home. I called Luc at Green team solutions and they knew from the beginning what was needed. All according to my taste.
