Very friendly and professional. I had some concerns with my Jeep, and Wes was able to thoroughly explain what was wrong and how we can fix it. There was no pushy up sells, and he didn't just tell me what was all wrong with my vehicle, but he also made it a point to tell me what was in good shape as well.
I'm very impressed and will be returning!
