We purchased two couches from Continental Furniture & Appliances, and Gref's Delivery are who they had delivery our couches. The delivery team was top notch. Best delivery service we've ever had. They were knowledgeable, set up the couches with the floor protection, and were respectful, patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks again for the great service. Gref's did an awesome job delivering a stove for us. They inspected it before unloading it from the truck, then removed our old stove. Then they brought the new stove inside and installed it for us and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. I highly recommend them. These guys were fast, efficient and friendly and did a great job.

Grefs delivered our washer and dryer from Home Depot today, carried it up two outdoor flights of stairs and then offered to also carry it up our indoor stairs to our laundry closet. They took our old machines away saving us a trip to the dump. Amazing service and extremely kind and helpful delivery men!!

My husband received a phone call from Gref's delivery to arrange a pool table delivery at our house, he asked them to please carry it to our basement which is only one level down
(my husband broke his back 15yrs ago). Upon arrival the "passenger" came to our front door and politely asked me to show him where I'd like the pool table, I showed him, he said Ok. The next minute the "driver" knocked on my door and told me they are taking the pool table back!!!! I mean really? Wow, I were completely stunned by the way I have just been treated! I immediately walked outside to "passenger" to ask what is going on as he was closing the rolling door on the back of the truck. After calling my husband he told me to let them just put it in the garage. I will contact Best Buy Canada and let them know that this is the service we received! I am appalled by the way the driver spoke to me!!!! January 24th 2017.

I ordered a refrigerator from Best Buy and these guys delivered it today. It was a super easy experience! Two gentlemen came, were very accommodating, put my fridge exactly where it had to go and the entire experience from beginning to end was about 10 minutes. Perfect delivery, thanks guys!

We've used Gref's Delivery for many years now to ship a skid, or two, of supplies from our store, to trade shows in town, and back. They have been nothing but fantastic! They arrive when they promise to, and communicate with me if there are ever any questions (the pick up location is tricky to get to sometimes). I would definitely recommend them.
