Grocerocity goes above and beyond at all times for me, from checking with me for substitutions on out of stock items, to always delivering on time even when it's same day, to price matching my groceries to save me some money.

This grocery delivery service is top notch and perfect for my needs. I recommend it to my friends. This is a fabulous service for senior citizens like us. I also want to commend the young lady I spoke to over the phone, she was very polite, courteous and patient and took the time to log my order and ensure it was accurate.

Grocerocity is by far the best grocery delivery service I've ever encountered. they are fast, professional and have excellent customer service skills. They even do price matching. If it means going to a different store to get different things. They always work for your best interest to get you the best price on the products that you order. they also really care about their customers and work hard to develop good customer relations and they always deliver on time with a smile on their face. I have been a returning customer for the past two years and I will continue to be a returning customer due to the high quality of service I have received.

I used this service for the first time today. I have 2 kids under 2 and going to the grocery store with them is just out of the question. I placed my order in the middle of the night at 2am and asked for same day delivery and they were fantastic.

They were very prompt in delivering my order and also texted me to ask about a couple of substitutions.

I also like how they texted me when my order had arrived so that the grocers don't stay out in the cold or hot weather.

They also accept email money transfers which is great because sometimes with the two little ones I just can't make it to the door. This gives me so much more flexibility.

I will definitely be using this service again and will be recommending it to all my friends and family!

I felt like the service was like a family or friend going grocery shopping for me instead of a company.

Great Service! Normally they can deliver that day if you order before 5PM, at least that has been the case for me! They bring right to your door and offer 3 payment options Cash, Debit/Credit or E-Transfer which is really convenient! I use them to make Costco orders since I don't buy enough there in a year to make it worth it to have my own membership so this is perfect!
