Not reliable. I booked online and the cab never showed up. Try to call but no one answer. Because of they never show up, I was late to my appointment. Bad service.

Nitin picked me up and dropped me off at the airport to accommodate a work trip. He provided excellent service and communication! I contacted him before my return flight and we synchronized a pickup time and drive me back to Guelph. Amazing service, I would give 6 stars if I could! Shout out to Nitin great job

Worst taxi company in this country…. Using 15 year old cars and hiring new drivers and have zero knowledge of customer service….i wish i could give them 0 ratings….STAY AWAY FROM THIS TAXI COMPANY IF YOU REALLY VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

I like Guelph Taxi, because their priority is safety secure, fastest, reliable and experience good reliable drivers. The driver arrives on time when I booked and call me when he arrives.
My personal expedience with the taxi company was good.

I would leave a zero star review if I could.
I very rarely take taxis but this experience was awful!! They said they would be there in 15, did not arrive, I called and they apologized for the delay and were on their way. Waited another 10 minutes or so, they said they were at an intersection that was about three minutes away. Again they did not show so called again and got told they should be pulling up in 30 seconds. I said I would wait in the phone and the man said he was calling the driver and put me on hold. Needless to say no one pulled up in 30 seconds and the man never came back from putting me on hold. I finally got a friend to give me a lift since I was so late to where I was going.
Never again will I use this company!!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. A horrible experience in every way. Brian who was working Monday June 3rd at 2:54 at night was truly a horrible example of sales, hiring policy and general staff attitude. What else is there to say of anyone reads this please call any other cab company in Guelph. Trust me call any other provider. This is truly a an appalling example of anyone being allowed to own a company. Just to give you an idea I can’t even give this a zero star rating.
