We hire this company two years ago for our containers, I would never recommend them to anyone, There employee ( Daljeet Sharma )have been rude to our Employees all the time, they should hire somebody professional with good attitude towards their customers. I would recommend importers to pay more to another companies rather than paying late return fees and all.

The service that Gulzar transport provides is the worse that i've ever encountered from a transport company. You have dispatch blaming customer service and customer service blaming dispatch. They never pick up or have availability for the fleet that was requested. They don't even have the respect to call to let you know that they are not able to pick up your empty containers . The most unreliable service!!! It really doesn't deserve a star.

The amount of disrespect shelled out by their employees (a few of them in particular) is astronomical. Makes me question why are we even paying for this sub par service in the first place. I guess this is one of those cases where you think that the mistake they made this time is just a fluke and they will be better the next time around. But for gulzars case, the next time dosent exists.

Attention Importers:- I hired this company many times for my Import containers, Every time I have to let them know containers are ready for pickup please secure the appointments and the way their Manager/ Somebody from Management Daljeet Sharma talks with 0 manners, he gives zero F's about customers, very unprofessional person in that company, I don't recommend them.
