The drivers are always so friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the fact that they will take the time to answer questions. Their customer service is great. I’ve had to reach out once or twice due to missing product and they have ALWAYS gone out of their way to make it right. Love the extra goodies as well!

These aren’t real reviews, this business is bribing customers with a chance to win free product if they give them a five star review on Google. Pic as evidence. They’re bribing people for good reviews.

I had a small issue with one of their delivery drivers and complained. I didn’t receive a response back. I then followed up expressing I was willing to escalate. Then I speak with someone who admitted his driver was inappropriate, but still defended them anyway.

He then accused me of never tipping his drivers (didn’t know that was a requirement), judged me for owning a Mercedes (which I do not) and told me to get a life.

Dude has no idea what customer relations is, has no idea how to be civil when a miscommunication arises and loves to judge his customers based on what he thinks they drive.

1-3 hour delivery, usually around the 2 hour mark. Always freebies with each order , friendly and a loyalty reward system where your 10th order earns you free stuff. Highly recommended
