Un peu trop long à mon goût et 1 fois sur deux je recevais le lien pour "track mon taxi",
Mais le personnel était bien agréable, donc l'expérience en général était bien! ☺️

While it’s clear that you guys don’t really care what your cab drivers do, because you didn’t reply to my email, or my phone call, or anyone else’s reviews here.

I feel the public should know that your cab drivers do not care if they park in a handicap spot or not, especially when a handicap person is trying to pull into it and they cut them off and zoom into it just so they can go get their precious KFC.

The man they cut off had to park down the street and use his walker to come get his order. When confronted, the can driver either didn’t understand English, or “faked” not knowing English.

Absolutely disrespectful to our elders that need that space, as well as others with physical difficulties.

This morning when dropping my wife off at St.Joes at the front door she gets out and a driver instead of waiting passes her with in inches he could of easily hit her and when I called him out on telling him to have patience and wait his turn he gives me the middle finger and rolled his window up ! Two things bother me the entitlement of this guy thinking his time is more important than the safety of everyone else and his cowardice to make a gesture like that and than roll your window up and lock your door wow! Employee of the month Hamilton Cab you need to do better and remember employees like this are you public image!

Do not pay directly through their app. With the amount of preauthorizations and reversals they do, their accounts payable cannot seem to follow and track accurately. I attempted to order a cab, and unbeknownst to me, found out I had a balance owing on a trip from months ago. Strange way to find out as no one ever reached out to notify me of this or discuss this. I was happy to discuss this with their accounts payable as I have confirmation of every payment for every trip taken but after multiple failed attempts to be transferred to their AP (because they were MIA), no one could help me. Thankfully Uber to the rescue!

I'm surprised with all the negative reviews. I take Hamilton cab often when I drop the car at Toyota and my mom doesn't drive so she takes cabs to my house and drivers are very nice for the most part, obviously some more than others, but we have thankfully never had any issues except for maybe just one occasion that my mom's driver was driving erratically.

I got picked up in a white suv car that was maybe worth $1000-$2000.
It had a strong smell of BO (body odour)
The cab rate was decent. And the driver was pleasant. He drove the car like a Go Cart. Lots of gas. Followed by Lots of last minute braking.

Disgusted..... Tried to pre-book, pre-pay a wheel chair transport for my parents to go to there daughters funeral.No one would cooperate and told us we would have to call a half hour before and NO Guarantee... Absolutely NO compassion. No wonder Uber is a thing... Mortified and disgusted on sooooo many levels that a BIG city of Hamilton could not accomodate this. Shows how the city of Hamilton us going down the sewer. 😢😢😢

Car number 384, everyday the car parks and blocks our customer parking. The driver spends on average 14 to 17 minutes in the store. My wife kindly asked if he could park in the parking spots, his response was to scream at her and make it look like he was going to attack her. This car comes here all the time. We have phoned Hamilton can to try to speak to someone there but there are no options. Please kindly ask your driver to use the parking spots available.
