I had to collect 3 boxes from Canada Post, and since my home is only 15 minutes away, I borrowed a trolley and decided to carry them myself. I managed to take 2 boxes and started walking home, but I got stuck halfway on a slope, completely exhausted by the weight.

That’s when Chris from Legacy Taxi noticed me and kindly offered to help — without hesitation and without asking for anything in return. When he learned that I still had one more box left at the post office, he didn’t think twice. He drove his taxi back to collect the third box for me. I was truly touched by his generosity and big heart.

Thank you, Chris! You are a kind, selfless, and genuinely good human being. I wish you all the very best — the world needs more people like you!

Pam was an amazing taxi driver, full of kindness, and overall just a very outgoing fella who tries his absolute hardest to give you the greatest experience he can. He is the guy you want to see when you open the taxi door.

Not reliable.
Also allows gossip to come from drivers/owners. Extremely unprofessional at times.

I recommend calling only when all others are busy. Was 2 companies until recently. Harpers was the old name.

Shady.

I do not know what happened! Harper's/Legacy Taxi used to be a good service. Every time I have called for a Taxi in the last couple of weeks, I have been repeatedly given a hard time, by the person that answered the phone, that keeps insisting and arguing with me that my Address is Tim Hortons! (My address clearly comes up on Google Maps, and most GPS apps.) This coupled with the fact that most of the drivers are driving around cell phone impaired, text on one phone, while talking on another cell phone, and driving erratically is scary at the very least! More than once the Driver has sped by my house and slammed on the brakes to turn around due the driver not paying attention to the road! Would strongly recommend to not use this service at all!
