Exceptional Service from Hauls Moving Company – Highly Recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of using Hauls for our second big move in a year, and I can’t recommend them enough. Even after using a big-name moving company for our previous move, Hauls far exceeded our expectations in terms of service and value. Dollar for dollar, offered a level of care and professionalism that we didn’t experience before.

From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Dan, the owner, was incredibly professional, organized, and attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain every step of the process, which gave us great peace of mind.

Huge thanks to Dan, Tim, James, and Josh, who were all patient with my mom and I and worked so hard during the move. They treated all of our belongings with the utmost care, wrapping and protecting each item as if it were their own. Whether it was fragile pieces, large furniture, or boxes of our personal items, everything was handled beautifully.

One thing that really stood out was the extra care they took not only with our things but also with both homes. They were meticulous in protecting my doorways, carpets, floors, and walls, even the mirrored entrance, ensuring that nothing was damaged in either the home we were leaving or the one we moved into. Their attention to detail was exceptional.

Overall, the team at Hauls made what is typically a stressful experience feel seamless and even enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and hard-working moving company. Big thanks to Dan, Tim, James, and Josh, for your outstanding service!

I’ve hired Dan Gibbs and his team twice now and am so pleased with their work. They are punctual, professional, and very quick at what they do. Highly recommend them! They got a solid wood cabinet safely up my incredibly steep steps with ease.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this mover. The team was very nice and very professional but the job was not done well. What should have been a one day move turned into a 2-day move and we are still assembling some furniture items ourselves. Also, there was significant damage to a wall while trying to move a large item. This was repaired quickly and done well. All in all however, I would not use this company again and would not recommend.

We hired Dan Gibb and his team to support a long haul move 5 1/2 hours away. Dan's team executed the load of our goods with exceptional skill and efficiency. Ronny supported the load and unload for this long haul move. It was with Ronny's exceptional memory of the load that the unload was supported with ease. Ronny was able to recall the items and which room that they should be placed. All of the special attention items were wrapped with care and unwrapped with consideration at our final destination.
