Top notch service. they suppose to be closed at 5pm. Called and she waiting for me.
When I got there, the other lady was suppose to be going home, she turned back and came to help us load the barrel. have never experienced such a wonderful service like this before. From the lady that answer the phone, to the other lady that helped. it was such a welcoming service and it affordable. if you need to ship anything, this is your people guys, they won’t disappoint you 🙌

Courteous staff, helpful, great deal. I'm not happy they did not disclose that you'll have to pay to purchase your barrel from them, I was told price was all inclusive but had to pay $85 to purchase barrel for shipping. And there are extra charges for door delivery 🙄

My frozen shipment arrived in 2 days. It shipped on the 29th and was ready for pickup on the 31st. Smooth, fast and intact. Beautiful experience

Items were delivered from Nigeria as described. Some of my items were returned back to Nigeria and I have not been refunded, it has been over 2 months and counting. I have repeatedly called and yet my money has not been refunded to me, this is bad service. I have reported this since but nothing has been done yet.

It was stress free doing business with Haut logistic. Inter-province relocation (within Canada) was easy and swift. I got my stuffs at my door step in less than two weeks.

My boxes and bags were all properly wrapped and handled with care. The fragile things in my package came exactly as I’ve sent it, nothing broken. I’m so impressed.

Will definitely recommend and will do business with the team again.

Fantastic customer service relationship. The staff are very friendly, courteous and willing to help. Shipping to nigeria is very fast and no hassles. I recommend them to anyone willing to ship from Nigeria to Canada and vice-versa.
