Every experience I have had at HeLa has been exceptional. All of the staff have been friendly, professional, and accommodating. The environment is welcoming, comfortable, and very clean. Both locations are clinical without feeling 'clinical.'

I have had two treatments with Jessica Daigle (a facial and pedicure), a pedicure by Stacey Murray, as well as a consult with NP Jessica Fraser, and medical procedures done by nurses Louise and Katie. All were fantastic experiences.

I highly recommend this clinic.

I treated myself to 3 micro-needling sessions this fall. I would highly recommend Louise, RN, who performed these treatments. She is very knowledgeable & professional. The office is so modern and clean. Next year for my birthday, I am going to have some laser treatment to repair the skin damage to my face. I deserve it!?

What a lovely experience!! Jessica D was beyond amazing for my facial today! I'm almost 47 & just started realizing that I have to take care of myself too! Taking care of my skin is something I'm making a priority so having a facial was a natural way start! I had no idea how informative/educational my visit would be! Jessica spent time explaining what she saw & how she AND I could help with my skincare routine & concerns! I'm looking forward to making this a regular visit & hopefully loving my skin for the first time in my life! Thank you Jessica, I appreciate you!

Today was my first visit to HeLa Beauty and Medical. I am new to the Petawawa area and was looking for a spa close to home. Any expectations I had when I arrived for my nail appointment were blown out of the water. This spa is stunning. It's level of cleanliness is off the charts. I was immediately warmly welcomed by the receptionist, was offered my choice of beverage and then shown to a comfortable seating area to await my appointment time. I did not have to wait long, my technician (Julie) had me seated right on time. Julie is wonderful, very easy to chat with and her attention to detail and quality of service are phenomenal. I look forward to booking more services.

Jessica D was so beyond kind and caring while doing my acne facial. She was so thorough in the process not only performing the service but also asking questions, offering steps to consider and just overall made me feel a lot better in my skin. I’m really glad I came in and I always feel respected and listed to when I come to Hela no matter what service I get.

I've had a few hydrafacials with Kyla now and have been very impressed every time! Kyla is professional, knowledgable and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. My HeLa visit was perfect: the receptionists were very personable and attentive; the clinic was very clean and visually attractive and comfortable. Louise Bimm was also very personable and professional. All in all, a very positive experience.
