Arrived a day late, not their fault! Really went above and beyond to get our appliances delivered after hours. Guys were pleasant and professional. Thank you!

Hired this company to move a piano from 2nd story to main level at the farm.
Personally we moved it up 30 years ago so it has to come down.
Sent photos, measurements and approximate weight so they knew what they were up against.
Sent 4 guys - one complained he had back issues and he wasn’t sure why he had to do this job. They didn’t think they could do it after 3 hours on site. Took it back up - charged me $600 and I got no movement.
Make sure you ask what the mileage is - $4.25/km at one way - 😳
If there are complications or uniqueness to the job this is not be the company for you.
PS - Got my own family farm crew and picked the piano up and in 20 minutes it was at its new resting place. Thankful for friends and family

A terrible way to treat the elderly. Yelling over the phone at my 80yr old grandmother.

After talking with my Grandmother about the experience she had with this moving company, I can say I will NEVER recommend this company to another person in need of help. To start off the moving company was 3 hours late. After loading her stuff they decided it was too late and they were going to go home, and not unload until the following Monday. She was left without her Medication, her clothing, almost everything besides her bed that was all. The owner had the audacity too phone her and call her a liar and yell at her over the phone and tell her “she miss lead him” by saying it was a one bedroom suite which it was. she had even offered before hand to have him out there to take a look so they could get the proper size truck (which they didn’t have) and he turned that down and proceeded to yell at a 80 year old lady! That is inexcusable, and unprofessional whatever profession you are in. He then proceeded to ignore her phone calls the following days when he was late yet again. Imagine that was your Mum or grandmother! Never will I recommend this company. I will say the movers themselves were very courteous, it was the owner, or manager himself who needs to give his head a shake, and learn a lesson on treating people with respect, and properly, and professionally doing your job.

Last night as I was helping my 80 year senior friend move we has the most incredibly poor customer service from this company. 1. They were 3 hrs late 2. They didn't provide a big enough truck ( which we didn't even complain about and were just going to take the few remaining things over ourselves) and 3. They refused to unload it until Monday. Yes it was late however they were late by 3hrs. The owner yelled at her on the phone called her a liar several times claiming she lied about how much stuff she had..this is absolutely incorrect she told you even offered for you to come take a look prior which was said was unnecessary by the owner. They left her with her bed and freezer..NO clothes, personal products, bedding, and nothing else to even survive the entire weekend. I will mention the actual delivery drivers were great really hussled and were friendly. But the OWNER needs a lesson on customer service and how to treat seniors. DO BETTER what if this was your grandma. I will 100% will NEVER recommend this company

This company believes it’s okay to screw over the elderly!

First of all, they were 3 hours late, and then decided they were too tired to finish the job!!

The owner of the company was YELLING at my nearly 80 year old friend last night on the street! She was upset because he’s decided to keep all of her belongings for the weekend instead of moving them to her new condo.

He claims that she lied about how much she had. It’s a one bedroom suite, if you have a specific limit, maybe don’t give a blind quote!

Now they’ve left her with a bed, bedding and a freezer for the weekend. No clothes, no nothing!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Just imagine someone treating your mother or grandmother like that!! DO NOT HIRE! You’ve been warned

This fool treated my elderly mother with extreme disrespect. Yelling at an old lady must make him feel like a powerful man I suppose. He could have given her a proper quote by actually going to the address and estimating the moving job like a professional mover, but he didn’t. He could have brought an appropriate sized truck or trailer to move her, but he didn’t. And when he realized his mistake he decided to take out his frustration on my small elderly mother and now refuses to deliver her belongings that are still on his truck until Monday. My mother has no medication, changes of clothing, not even a toothbrush! And now he doesn’t even have the backbone to answer his phone! Do yourself a favor and do not ever employ this company.
