Had a team of three people take care of a mid-month winter move and they were awesome! They treated all of our items with care and made sure to protect them with blankets and padding where applicable. I was thoroughly impressed. Additional props to Jesse for being very informative and making the booking process super straightforward.

My experience with Highland moving was a complete disaster. The movers showed up hours late, completely unprepared, and mishandled my belongings. Several valuable items were damaged beyond repair, and the company refuses to take any responsibility. Their customer service is a joke—endless hold times, rude staff, and no resolution. This company is careless, unprofessional, and an absolute nightmare to deal with. Avoid them at all costs!

The team took great care preparing, protecting and moving the grandfather clock and made sure it was set to the right time and working correctly before departing. The entire job from: loading household contents, delivering, unloading, affixing requested felt pads on the furnishings and placing every item according to a set of floor plans went smoothly thanks to Jay, Sanjiv, Adish and Armaan.

Professional at every point! I loved the detailed room by room checklist, it made me confident that the estimate I received would be accurate and not based simply on hours and mileage, which is vague. The movers were on time and professional. They protected the floors, furniture was well padded, beds taken apart and rebuilt, everything was well orchestrated and efficient. The day of drop off happened the day after a blizzard so had to shovel out the storage facility- which the movers did quickly. I highly recommend this company I will use them again!!

We had a complex move from an island in BC to Toronto. The team coordinating the move was very professional and responsive at developing the estimate. The move itself went very well--from pick up to delivery--and the final price was the same as the quoted estimate.
