Been using High Tech for several years to maintain my white carpets! Always on time, personable and efficient. I have always had white carpets and you know you have a good carpet cleaner when they can clean them up. Many others have failed but High Tech always comes through!

My insurance company hired High Tech to do a tear down and then also hired them to do a rebuild after a flood a year ago. From the start of the job to the end it was a nightmare After a flood, fans are normally installed to dry out the area so mold growth does not happen, they did a walk through decided it was a complete.tear out and therefor decided not to bring any fans in. They actually left my basement soaking wet, for 10 days. By the time they did the tear out it smelled horrible. The entire process was terrible, I would get notified the day of or a day prior, if at all of them coming to do work that I would be needed to be present for. They emailed the wrong email adress, or not at all. They expected me to be available at any time. They were rude, the owner herself is extremely rude. She was so rude and hard to deal with I had to get my mom, half home owner, involved as she is better at dealing with these things. Even my mom had a hard time. I was stressed out. I asked her to communicate with my mom but to cc me in all emails, so she would exclude me. They brought my belongings back from storage too soon, and movers piled items to the ceiling. Which they then expected me to label and sort out where to put these, I have disabilities in my shoulders and back. When they were finishing up my.basement they used my paint samples to do touch ups and told me that the samples.dont match. Then threw a paper at me to sign saying work was satisfactory, paint was still wet so I hadn't noticed they actually used wrong colors to touch up. Without permission to use my paint either. Entire basement needs repainted My bathroom floor has been destroyed and is full of mold and in worse shape then when they started. They told me they had to cut the corner of my wall to fit my cabinet back in place. Which I suspect has caused some water leaking. It was a nightmare, and I'm sure played a part in my heart attack last year. I'm only 42. I could say so much more. This is a company you want to steer clear from. Very disappointed as I used this company in the past, and they were awesome. New owners unfortunately aren't as good

They broke a priceless 20 year old picture that my friend had made for me when my Dad died when I was quite young. They lost the growth chart that was up on the wall that we had for both kids for 10 years. Worst of all they told our insurance company that we did not need our cabinets painted, when there is a large section of cabinet still deeply smoke stained despite their cleaning efforts. They neglected to give the insurance company a complete quote for all the work they needed to do when they first were doing the assessment.
They did work quickly, only reason why I am giving them 2 stars and not 1 star

Decided to try to hire them as we had Sal who had helped us in the past.

However, this time we were disappointed by their service. I had tried for over two weeks to get an appointment for asbestos testing. They kept failing to call back when their receptionist said they would. When a staff member named Randy finally called us back, she sounded unpleasant and impatient and I felt that there was discrimination because of my accent. When the phone was handed over to my husband who has a Canadian accent, her tone changed to a more pleasant one and she told my husband how she couldn't understand what I was trying to tell her. I remember speaking in clear English sentences. I speak perfect English but with an accent which is comprehensible for most people I've met. We will not use or recommend their service again.

Services started off great, on-site employees were great, and the work was decent.

However, it has been several months now and I am still finding myself dealing with this situation. It took several weeks to get me an invoice so I could pay them what was owed and then they have the nerve to call me about outstanding balance. They then finally email me an invoice post dated for 3 months ago.

On top of that they still have equipment sitting in my basement despite multiple assurances of "A guy coming to pick it up"

My experience with High Tech was due to my basement flooding. They have been great to deal with all the way through the process of drying it out and daily monitoring and including moving the entire contents of our packed basement into a storage container. They used clear and constant communication in guiding us through the process. From the owner to the employees everyone was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Ran into some abatement issues while getting our siding redone. High Tech was there next day to inspect, gave me a quote and completed the work two days later. My contractors can now finish the house and the repair didn't break the bank. Amazing service and will use again in the future for sure!
