Hi way 9 driver took the bumper off the front of my husband's truck. The driver denied the incident. We even measured the indent and the height of the of the back of the truck and it matches exactly where the impact is on the truck. Yet they say there is no sign of impact. Terrible customer service and now I am out hundreds of dollars fixing our truck out of pocket. Thank you for the hit and run hi-way 9.. 👏

This is very bad company to work with, They get our liquor around early morning and they are about 10 minutes drive, we asked them hundreds of times to deliver it early possible. but they will never come in time rather show up around 5/6 pm, and they know that we close at 9 pm and we have to put away 4/5 even more pallets away in that short time. A few months ago we spoke to sam and we were told to take away a bad review in order to get our liquor in time (one of our liquor cases was stolen in past & of course we gave a 1 star review, case worth $255, since that we count cases). We took away the review just to get delivery in time and forget everything, they delivered nicely for 3 weeks and again ridiculous delivery service started which is going for months. You call dispatch and they have no idea what is going on !! driver on the other side will say she is loaded of work and driver is always in bad mood for that !! We do not know how a company of this standard is able to get contract from a prestigious group like Connect logistics!!

I was parked right out front of a store while my friend ran in. I was in the parking spot for maybe 2 minutes waiting when a delivery driver from this company came up and smashed on my window so hard it sounded like it was going break and my child was inside the car. She then told me in the most disgusting tone ever to "get out of the spot that I was in right now" I have never had something like this happen and the behavior of that grown woman was horrendous I get people have bad days but to come up and smash on someone's property is very very uncalled for. Perhaps some customer service training as well as an anger management course for the older blonde lady would be very helpful. She shouldn't be operating a truck if that is how she treats people and there property.

A giant rock came off one of their semis on the highway and hit the windshield of my brand new vehicle, causing a large crater. I got the driver to pull over, and he acknowledged fully what had happened and gave his name and unit number without hesitation and the company phone number to call to talk to (which was very much appreciated). I called and left a voicemail (as it was after hours) and no one even had the decency to call me back and speak to me about it. So unimpressed, how hard is it to pick up a phone for a two minute conversation?

What seemed to be a busy day from what I saw, staff was friendly and helpful in a timely manner! Even with the amount of freight on the dock, it appeared well kept and organized. Shipping charges were slightly above average, but you get what you pay for!

Our company has weekly deliveries from Hi-Way 9. Their drivers are always pleasant and helpful unloading and cleaning up pallets when they are done. They have always gone above to resolve any problems or concerns.

Wow, due to Home Depot order being royally messed up, I have had to see Hi-Way 9 guys a few times now. All I can say, is what a great way to represent their company. Such nice guys and they made my frustration much less. The last guy had to deal with very heavy soggy boxes, and he did it with a smile. Thank you Hi-Way 9 Red Deer! (Blackfalds) You rock!
